I’ve been a loyal customer and usually enjoy your products, but I wanted to share my recent experience with the Dubai crepe. I’ve ordered it twice now, and both times it was very disappointing. The crepe was super dry, the kunafa wasn’t mixed with the pistachio cream, and there was barely any chocolate on top. It looked nothing like the picture on your menu. At $17.99, I expected something much closer to the advertised quality, but it felt like a plain, dry crepe instead of the indulgent treat I was looking forward to. I hope this issue can be addressed because I’ve always enjoyed your other offerings and know how great they can be...

Small place for ice cream and deserts. I have tried dubai chocolate size 2 which was way more thin and not enough chocolate I felt . Also tried strawberry chocolate cup which was not at all worth .it was just tasting strawberry and kunafa dough with no enough chocolate and sweetness.

Tried their bubble waffle which is best of all soft and delicious and ice cream variety is ok . Asked for chocolate and strawberry cheesecake but they gave me strawberry with chocolate and I couldn’t correct it since I took to go.

I had a really disappointing experience. The strawberries I got with Nutella turned out not to be Nutella at all. I specifically asked if it was Nutella, and they assured me it was, but when I got to the car, it was just regular chocolate. To make matters worse, my Dubai chocolate bar melted in just 20 minutes, and I spent over $60 on everything. They really need to improve the chocolate so it doesn’t melt so easily.
