I usually don’t write reviews but this situation made my blood boil. First off, my boyfriend has already had a bad experience at this place, he asked to get his broken necklace fixed and we’ll they did but they ended up leaving it all black/burned. Today my necklace’s hook broke and so we decided to go there just because it was the first place we thought of. Well my boyfriend walks in and asks if he could get it fixed since the little hook had issues, the guy says something along the lines of “that’s not gold because its dirty”. My boyfriend gets a little upset and talks about the past situation with his necklace and the guy obviously denies everything and says that he’ll look for his name and see if he even touched the necklace. We ended up going somewhere else and asked and it indeed is gold so the guys a straight up liar. Anyways point is, we never asked if the necklace was gold or not, to me that necklace has a huge sentimental value (my father gave me that necklace right after I was born) so I wanted it fixed just for that reason.

Since the indoor swap meet closed last year I had no idea where to bring in my boyfriends Nixon watch for a new battery. I never realized most Jewelry shops do this lol. Franzias Jewels did it less than 15 minutes and he did it with a smile! There were so many people coming up the kiosk, they are quite popular. Upon leaving I noticed a dust speck on the face of the watch inside (I think it was already there) but I asked if he could open it back up and clean it. I went to the jewelry today, a very nice lady was attending me, she gave me recommendations based on my requests, suddenly a man arrived and started to give some different recommendations and prices, the main reason I gave 2 stars is because the nice lady gave me a better price at the beginning, the man gave me a price 200usd more for the same ring.
