HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. Do not come here. Today was my 4th time coming. Everything was always good. Waited 40+ mins to get my food. I am a very understanding person I UNDERSTAND that the food may take long. But the waitress not once ever came to check up on us. I wasn't even hungry anymore by the time my food got here so I decided to take it to go. I told the waitress w the red hair that they took really long. Didn't acknowledge or say sorry just took my card to pay. I understand but to not say sorry or check in on your table for 40+ mins is ridiculous. Called to complain to the manager LUIS who was even more rude and didnt think there was a problem w it either is even more ridiculous. Will not ever be coming back. Please go elsewhere and give your money to people who appreciate you as a customer. Second time patronizing this establishment and the first time i came here the food was delicious and the staff was very welcoming. This time however, was not. As i was eating my ceviche i found halfway thru two strands of hair. When brought to the servers attention it was insuated that we actually placed the hair in the food. I dont have blonde hair and dont have time to try and scam someone out of 20 dollars for some food. Nonetheless we were not comp nor did any management come to speak with us. I felt uncomfortable esp since my friend and i were the only black patrons and the overall attitude was very negative once the discovery was made. If management has changed it does reflect in the service we were given and the lack of urgency. I stopped by to grab some takeout and was immediately impressed by the atmosphere—warm, welcoming, and full of energy. Even though I wasn’t dining in, the staff treated me like a valued guest. The service was prompt, friendly, and organized, which made for a smooth pickup experience.

Unfortunately, the food didn’t quite match the vibe. For the prices, I expected something more flavorful and memorable. Everything looked good and was neatly packaged, but the taste was underwhelming. My carne asada lacked the bold flavor you’d hope for, and the sides felt like an afterthought. It wasn’t bad by any means—it just didn’t live up to the price tag or the impression the place gives off.
