La Michoacana Ice Cream — Restaurant in Corona

This store has been my favorite place for years and I've never had such an unpleasant experience as it was today. So I went to buy ice cream and i found a hair in my ice cream but i just let it pass but minutes after I found a second hair and I went back to tell the woman that was attending and show her the hair still in there I wanted to say it quietly without making so much noise because there were more customers but she said that wasn't a hair that was just a fluff i was like.. it is a hair you can take it off if you want and there was another smaller before but its ok just lettingyou know...She offered to give me my money or other ice cream and I told her to give me another ice cream but a client who was there left and the woman started blaming me saying that she left because of me..i told her "hey! I could wait if you would asked me its not a big deal and that I was in my right to claim nicely and let you know for you take precautions about that" and she replied that if I didn't like dont come back there and go to another store and I told her that she didn't have to act like that with me. She told me that she owns that store and that's why she could treat me like that and tell me I had to go. I asked her for her for manager's name and she wouldn't give me any information cus she was the manager and i topd her "ho well then there must be an owner or someone else for me to talk about this" and she said " i am the owner" i was so in shock! Another client there call me and recommended me to report the store to BBB business cus she watch her attitude and how she was treated me. Then she went to hide inside and she just said that she owns the store and she didn't want to talk to me anymore. Im so sad and angry cus as i said that was my favorite ice cream store but if the owner is treating me like that i think i can't do anything but stop going. Although I have my doubts that she owns the store because if she really is the owner then she would be able to treat her clients with respect. I usually go on sundays and Thursdays in the night with my family so I have never seen her before and i had no clue she was the owner either. This was my first and worst bad experience there. I love this place and the people who work here!! I've been to just about every la michoacana around they are all independently owned so they have similar menu choices but are prepared slightly different and priced different also but this one has the best prices around here and they make watermelon paletas and watermelon ice cream PERFECT!! it's always super clean and even if they're is a line you will never have too long of a wait, they have loyalty cards that you can have stamped each visit and on your 10th visit you get a free item, and it's decorated really uniquely and beautifully, the bathroom is always very clean and sanitary if I could give them 10 stars I would, if you want the best prices, products, service, and environment definitely make this location...

Excellent ice cream, and other cold and frozen confections. This is a very clean ice cream parlor. Excellent flavor selection and this is not a good place to go if you're trying to lose weight.
