Jolene responded promptly & it was so easy communicating with her. She gave me thorough info about their packages & was able to help if I had any concerns or questions. Very professional and friendly. Sally & another gentleman came to set up an hour prior to the party, they were both very nice people and friendly. They did let us know , for any reason, if we needed them to pick up sooner than the time we selected, to contact them. We called them to come an hour early because of the rain & we were able to pack up before the rain came. They came 30 minutes after contacting them. We rented from Let’s Play for my son’s first birthday party and it was beyond worth it! Not only did the kids have the best time playing in the ball pit and on the bouncy animals, but the parents were able to enjoy themselves knowing their kids were in a fenced in play area. There was not a minute that the kids weren’t in the play area just having a blast. They loved the bounce house, as well. David and his wife were so prompt and professional and quick to respond to any text messages. We were able to customize our colors and animals to go with our Winter ONEderland theme. I highly recommend using Let’s Play! Soft Play Rentals!! Can’t say enough good things about our experience with them. I used their jumper for my daughter’s first birthday and was so pleased. David was quick to respond and super helpful with pricing and options. The white jumper was beautiful and clean, it was delivered on time and everyone I came in contact with was very professional!
