After my initial review; I went to Pacific Sales because my contractor advised me to get some ideas for my bathroom appliances. I visited the location in Corona where Laurie helped me choose the items I need it. Experience was remarkable at least until I started checking on my orders. The bathroom items I selected were initially packaged in one order, but I was still missing two sinks that I need it for the installation and also some towel racks. Apparently Lori has been dealing with personal issues and has been out for a week. My items have been put aside. Last week I called and Debra another representative was kind enough to assist me this weekly. Lori reached out to me after I made the initial call to inquire about the status of my order. However, today 23 days later when I called again, the front desk representative informed me that it would take another three weeks to resolve The issue. She is too busy handling other purchase orders. Also, she put the wrong number on my initial order and this is also why it took a long time to receive the initial order. The situation is unacceptable. Whatever personal matters Laurie is facing should not affect your ability to attend to customers who pay for her services.
