Most bizarre bagel experience? Am I missing something with all these positive reviews? Awful bagels and charge you to slice a single bagel. Walked into the place and this is what the bagels look like (photos). I actually thought they were “par baked” and maybe finish baking them when you order? The bagel was whiter than my pale Irish skin. I wanted to leave, but felt awkward with the nice-enough clerk waiting for me. So I order my bagel and ask for it sliced. She then tells me, “We charge extra to slice it.” What?! I have never in my multiple decades on earth been charged for slicing a bagel. In the amount of time she told me they charge, it could have been sliced. I go to check out and they tell me that they charge an additional $1 for AmEx even though I was over the credit card threshold. Just an overall negative, not customer-focused vibe. They have a sign saying they won’t remake your coffee if you don’t like it so you better know “how to drink it” before you order. Won’t be back. I should have trusted my visual instincts and left. My bagel was so far unbaked and actually tasted like a slice of WonderBread. My husband and I both threw ours away after the first bite, and we are far from snobs. I am nearly certain this place has actually no idea what a bagel is… or any one of these reviews who claims they are good. Do me a favor and if you think these bagels are good, go to a real bagel place sometime and be blown away. Save your money and your time.

This place was incredible! I came in on a early Saturday morning and it wasnt busy at all, you choose what kind of breakfast sandwich you want amd then you get to choose what kind of bagel you wanted it on. They had about 10+ choices! The bagle was lightly toasted, but still so soft! The sandwich itself was azing!!! First time here, and wont be my last!

I have lived in Corona for over 25 years and I have to say that the best bagels come from this spot. They are fresh and the smell when you walk in is devine. I have a Thai tea every single time and it is delicious. Not super sweet and hits the spot: my daughter is a huge fan of their smoothies.

I have been coming here for years, the bagels are typically good. With that being said, today I ordered a blueberry bagel with plain cream cheese it was $5.00. Last week I ordered the same thing it was $4.50. Which made me look at the menu board. It had bagels priced at $2.25 so I asked the cashier how much a bagel cost because the board said $2.25. She said the bagel is $2.25. So I said OK, the board says its $1 to add cream cheese, she said yes, but it's an additional charge if I want them to cut my bagel and an additional charge if I want the bagel toasted. I felt a little ripped off, it's like ordering $5 avocado toast on a menu somewhere and them telling you that's the base price if you want the bread sliced that's $1, if you want the bread toasted that's an extra $1 and if you want avocado that's another $2. I have never been to any other bagel shop, coffee house or cafe that nickel and dimes you this hard. I just thought I would let people know the bagels and sandwiches are good but be aware of all the extra charges for something as simple as cutting a...
