If I could leave 0 stars I would. Me and my fiance recently went to this location to get dinner one night. He got the number 2 which is 2 corn dogs a fry (he got the bacon ranch chilli chz fries) and drink and I got the 12 count mini corn dogs with a fry and drink. Total came out to 30$! Which just blows my mind for a place like this. We got our food and went home and when we got home he realized they forgot one of his corn dogs. I called and they said they would have it ready, so I went back so he could he eat his fries with out them getting soggy. About half way there it hit my mind that by the time I got back home my food would be cold and no good. I got there and told them that I called about the corn dog but would like to speak to a manager. When she came to the window I told her that I would like to have my food remade cause I didn’t wanna eat cold food that I had paid for. She told me that in order to have my food remade I’d have to bring it back, brace they was their policy if I wanted it remade which meant me going home getting it and then coming back once again. I live 10 mins away from the location but it was also on the way home. I told her that and then said no and that they should remake mine because we paid for it and the only reason it would be cold when I went back to eat it was cause they forgot our corn dog that being their fault and I had to drive all the way back just to get it. She then slammed the window in my face and continued to make other orders. When they finally gave me the corn dog they forgot ( plus an extra corn dog for no reason) I said I wanted to speak to her again cause that was very rude. I said they need to remake my food and she kept telling me no that she gave me what I was missing so she didn’t have to remake mine. so I asked for the owners number and when she gave it to me I snatched it out of her hand and walked away. Once I called the office manager and told her what happened she said that it was their policy for it to be given back but if I had already taken it home then she should’ve just remade it for me instead this lady decided to make a scene and treat a paying customer in a horrible way. Read moreSo I went to this restaurant which I've gone before and never had a problem. I didn't realize my order was incomplete until I got home. I called right away after I saw I was missing 2 corn dogs. The lady that answered the phone was so RUDE, unfortunately I didn't get her name. I explained to her that I was missing 2 corn dogs on my order and she asked me for details from my receipt which I gave her. She then told me that the bagger remembered putting everything in the bag (maybe on someone else's bag) and I told her that they were not in my bag. She then told me that I had to go back and take the entire bag so they can see what was in the bag. I told her that I'd take it back but if I did they would have to re-make my order so everything would be fresh. She said that they couldn't do that, that they were just going to give me what I was missing, which was all I was asking for. I sure wasn't going to take the bag back and wait in line in the drive-thru behind God knows how many cars (dine-in area was closed already) all the while the chili-dogs and chili fries get cold and soggy. I never told her that I was going to keep what they gave me plus the re-make order. I just wanted my kids to eat the food fresh, not all cold and soggy. Not once did she apologize for their mess up and treated me as if I was a thief trying to scam them out of free food. I did go back for my missing items. I am an honest person. I was once at a KFC and had ordered a $5 meal and the employee was handing me a bucket meal. I immediately told him that it wasn't my order and thanked me for my honesty. Had I been someone else, I would've sped up and taken off with more food than what I paid for. I praise and give excellent reviews when restaurants serve great food and give good service, this was not the case on the service. I do plan to call corporate office and report this type of rude behavior from Weinerschitzel employees. It's employees like this lady that cost companies business. I saw the student and health worker discount online, figured I’d try this place out, but when I went to the window after ordering and gave her my card and student ID, they said they couldn’t give me a discount “since you ordered a combo which is already discounted”. I ordered the number one. I guess every number on their menu is excluded from their “discount” since everything is a combo unless u want just a small snack. There was a sign right before you pull up to the window advertising the 20% off for healthcare, police, firemen etc. I paid $15 for a one person meal. The lady was so rude about it too, before I could respond she interrupts and restates the original total…she said “ sorry” but really? A combo is already discounted?
