Worst place I've ever experienced in my life. People who work there are usually so unnecessarily rude, unless a manager is around. I usually avoid going there but the other day my grandpa insisted on going because he loves the place, and I'd had a weird week and was overstimulated and stressed. We got to this subway, only did it for my grandpa to be happy, and I regret it because there was a homeless guy outside screaming over and over and sitting in a wheelchair outside subway. My grandpa walked towards him, and I thought my grandpa was just lost because he can't see well, and I got stressed out and gave up and sat down in the subway and tried not to cry, kind of didn't work though, and a woman got so offended. I reacted with a gesture of my hand in the air, and she called me a name and I old her to just leave me alone, it was a bad week. I wasn't expecting her to acknowledge me because she should just be an adult and walk away like she was already doing when she got offended, but adults don't really exist, in my opinion. Just grown children. So the workers at the subway were nice for once (different workers) and I apologized for the inconvenience and they said it was fine. I let them know I had a bad week. Little did I know, they called the police on me... Why let me stay if you're gonna call the police? If this place closes down, it'll be the biggest blessing on the planet. It's terrible. I'm not even going back for the sake of my grandpa enjoying some bad attitude made sandwich. Literally never wanted to go back anyway. Can not believe the service and how some people lack so much compassion...
Read moreHonestly one of my weirdest and worst experiences at a subway in a long time. The man behind the counter was friendly enough, but the positives stop there. First off, my sandwich (a steak and cheese) was cold and full of gristle. Shouldnt really be surprised considering the quality of Subway's steak but come on! Also only had 3 slices of cheese on it when people usually put 4. Second, the cookies were dry, stale, and overcooked. Third, and the weirdest one in my mind, was the whole time I was there there was a homeless looking guy in the corner giggling to himself about absolutely nothing! The fact he watched and tracked people as they came and went didn't help matters either. After this experience I'm convinced to swear off subway for good, just not worth the money...
Read moreMe and the wife walked in to grab a quick bite to eat. The guy helping us was slurring his words, and he had a serious attitude. Could barely understand the man. Asked for bread, the man hesitated and turned around and opened the bread storage aggressively. Then he slams the bread on the table. Keep your hostility at home! Me and the wife decided that this Subway was too hostile feeling. Not only the atmosphere, but the workers were rude as heck. We will never return to this Subway. Period. Worst experience ever in a restaurant and I'm not even joking. We walked out with empty stomachs it was so bad. -1/10, avoid this Subway like the plague! We will be in contact with corporate about this...
