i absolutely love ROASTED! it’s hands down my daily go to place for a beverage to start my day right. whether it’s in the morning, mid day, or evening! i personally love coming by in the morning hours! the staff is always very friendly, admirable, informative, patient, and kind. even when they are busyyy, they make sure to greet every individual that comes in! the baristas are always quick to make sure guests are made to feel comfortable and always provide a speedy service. which is of course, relieving when mornings are always such a rush! they always uplift my spirits with my favorite BANANA OG iced tea! they have never let me down. justin is always very helpful and a great character. zach, the store manager there is an awesome individual, attentive, and very intuitive! i used to go to a couple of places around town. i never really stuck with a place. shamefully, i used to go to starbucks some years back before i came across ROASTED! zach is usually always there when i am able to hang around a bit and visit. i must say he along with all the baristas always make me feel welcome and i will always remain loyal to you guys. your shop is truly a cornerstone of the local coffeeshops in town! always a pleasant experience! zach, justin, and to the rest of the baristas. please, continue to be who you guys are as you all create such a fantastic atmosphere for all guests! i cannot say out of any of the times i’ve been there them be negative nor unpleasant towards anyone. they are all dedicated baristas and i will always appreciate the genuine artisans that they truly are! please always support local, especially when they go above and beyond to make us feel like a community! i’m deeply obliged for the welcoming atmosphere and joyous hospitality. wonderful variety of foods and beverages. you guys have to try them all out. if you haven’t, give them a shot and remember to support our local community! you will become a regular! my sincerest gratitude to all the dedication and hard work you guys put into making the shop feel like a...

I came here for the vegan options, which weren't particularly diverse. There was a single vegan cupcake in the dessert case, so that was going to be mine. If I could get the attention of the two women at the counter.

When I said I just wanted a cupcake, one of them said she'd be right back. I was the only person in "line," mind you. For about 10 minutes, I stood awkwardly waiting while one woman appeared to be filling an order from the drive through window and the other served and chatted with a table of young men. The pace of service was, let's say, a drag.

I eventually got my cupcake, but the hostess seemed disappointed when I said I didn't want anything else. I could have gotten some coffee with CBD added, as I'm pretty sure everyone in the building already had a shot or two this morning, based on their lethargic demeanor. The menu didn't have any other vegan options, although it did list almond milk and lemonade.

How was the cupcake? It looked like it had been sitting out for a day or two. The cake was dry, but the frosting was good.

Would I come here again? Probably not. You'd think a hippie stoner place would be much more...

normally i love Roasted. it’s always been a good experience & the baristas have been amazing. today must have been an off day or the baristas working today didn’t like me or something. my fiancé and i went inside to order, and while i was at the counter waiting (with a smile on my face & being patient), i never even got a “hello/be right with you/welcome/etc” just silence and grumpy faces from the baristas. and when i got to order, they again were aloof & borderline rude. never even turned the screen around to let me put a tip. granted, it was VERY busy, and i’ve worked in coffee shops before, so i understand the stress they were under. But the thing that struck me was that they were being nice to everyone else in line after i finished ordering. those customers all got friendly faces & greetings. i’ve never seen these baristas before so i don’t know what it was about me that pissed them off so much. next time I go, if Zach (I think that was his name, he said it on the phone so i’m not 100% sure) & the other one there are working, I’m...
