I walked in this store to help drop off a few bags with a family member the over all atmosphere was nice the people in the store where welcoming but when we got the call to pick up the bags because they where uninterested in buying them which is absolutely understandable we where unable to go get the bags that night because they where closing soon and where not able to make it to the side of town that day, but we went back the next day to pick up the bags and it was closed which was our fault for not checking online but the day after that I went in to get the bags and they informed me because I did not get the bags that night they donated all three of my purses, the matching wallets, and the tote bag I had just bought and put them in, I was planning on trying my shot at selling them online but I cannot anymore, it was in there policy apparently but I wish the lady that called had informed us of this because not everyone that is on a tight schedule is able to spend time reading a contract for a store, yes absolutely this was my fault but I wish the staff would have conveyed...

i’ve loved coming here for years, have sold lots of clothes here, but the store just isn’t the same anymore. they are literally turning into platos closet and it’s really sad. they’re also primarily focusing on their boutique section instead of the resale items that they should be focusing on. also just went to sell clothes, and yes while they did lowball me, i was desperate to get rid of stuff because i’m moving soon. however my main issue is how they claim that some of my clothes are “out of date” when 1) people are still wearing that style, 2) they’re less than a year old, and 3) they will literally put cheap forever 21 & literal grandma clothes on the rack, but claim my brand new pacsun items are out of date. they have just gone down in quality and it’s a...

I took a box of shoes, skirts, blouses & dresses. I should have known better than to return to that store because my past dealings were not good. They bought only two skirts for $18. When I went to pick up the items they weren’t interested I asked the “young” girl why the others weren’t accepted she said they buy items that they think will sell. Well the items I took them were recently purchased from Dillard’s, New York & Company, Anthropology & similar boutiques AND didn’t even compare to the junk they had in the store.
