My girls and I like the store just fine, but Sabrina was rude and provided poor customer service while correcting items that rang up incorrectly. She spoke to me with an attitude because apparently I interrupted her too many times (twice because different items were ringing up different prices than what they were marked). Then she proceeded to be condescending when I addressed her attitude, telling her I didn't appreciate being spoken to in that manner. It was not my fault that their shelves where miss labeled. I even went and double checked the price on the shelf before asking her for assistance. Even my 5 year old was asking me why was she "talking so rude." The experience Sabrina created for us makes us not want to come back (at least not for a while). Not a great feeling to leave...

I am disabled and went into the store looking for party supplies. I asked Valeria for assistance. This girl was completily wonderful. I mean she took me to the area then proceeded to ask me questions and help me locate the cutest unicorn party stuff. She never got impatient worth me. We actually enjoyed finding stuff together. Her customer service is what would make me go back to this store over many others. She was happy smiling and went above and beyond to helping me. Clean store, super nice staff. Marissa and Sabrina were very helpful when I asked for assistance with pricing. Fernando helped me at checkout, didn’t realize it was self checkout! Overall I found my new one stop shop ❤️

Update 11/24 I went in today and some old big lady was super rude. Anytime I asked her about a price or an item she kept huffing and puffing as if she was mad she had to walk somewhere other than the front. Then when she rang up my items she would throw them in the bags. I thought it was self checkout? I was so close to not buying anything but my daughter really wanted her...
