I bought a pair of Ariat boots on 10/06/24 at 2:43:36 PM. At the beginning of March the backs of both boots separated. I brought them in on March 6th at 2:15 pm and showed the receipt and damage. The so called manager told me before she looked at the receipt or boots, that i had six months to return defective boots and they would exchange them. She looked at the receipt and said sorry today is the six months. I said excuse me but today is five months. After ten minutes of arguing I had to type it in to google and let google tell her it was five months. I even told her okay lets go by your idiotic math and see i still had 30 mins before my time was up even under your math. She then changed her story and told me she couldn’t help me and i needed to contact ariat. I wear nothing but ariat and buy all my clothes and boots at the Boot Jack. I spend thousands of dollars every year there but not anymore. I made sure all the customers knew how they where treating me and every customer left the store and outside told me how stupid it was that they couldn’t count, how she changed her story, but how they would not shop there any more due to the lack of willingness to help me over $175 pair of boots. Read moreDecided to stop in the Boot Jack on a whim, while heading back home from Corpus to see what they had. As I walked in 4 employees stood at the front, but only one employee even said hi. As I walked around the store I felt like I was being judged by the employees and as much as I liked the clothes and wanted to look around more I felt very uncomfortable by the quiet ness and uncomfortable feelings I got being watched the entire time. Josh was kind, and I understood he was tryin to hit sales numbers and was the only person there that made me feel like I wasn’t being judged. But I still felt overwhelmingly being watched and judged here. I decided to try on a a pair of pants, and the elastic band was already stretched and the fringe was tied up. Which then made me feel like some was very cheap. I’m all about good prices which I saw in some things, but realized that may have been based because it’s poorly made things.
