This location employs a female named Casi who is unprofessional, uncaring, uncivilized, and lacks the necessary training to fulfill the position in which she is employed for. There is no friendly environment or welcoming in that store when she is in attendance. If you're coming in to resolve an issue with your equipment you're treated as an enemy, even though you're paying for a service! You're then told to take your business to another carrier as a solution to your problems with their service or lack of service. When you ask them to figure out a solution, you are then ordered to leave the store. Now, I'm not sure where this kind of behavior is allowed but it is appalling in any business setting. To think that you can act as if you're out on the street instead of representating a company name is unacceptable behavior by any employee of any organization. Then to not stop there and bully other employees who are trying to help the situation by ordering them to the back of the store because your ego said so! Casi is exactly what the company does NOT need! She is everything you do NOT want in a business setting.
She not only ripped my screen protector off my phone without my consent, my bank card was charged for the equipment swap I never received, and she cancelled my order due to her ego! Casi seems to believe she is above T-Mobile and their loyalty to their customers. Casi needs to be removed from her position and go to those other carriers she so desperately is...

I had to transfer the data from one phone to the next, and it was taking a while because I had to do an update. X was very helpful in this. It was taking a while and Jose asked if I needed any help. He seemed very helpful and said I could continue the process, which took an hour and a half, at home. He said as long as I returned before 7 he could do the phone number transfer for me. I did so and returned at 6:40. The doors were locked because they were about to close, but Jose said he would help me so I gave him a call which was ignored. He even came to the door to let another customer out and I said âexcuse me Joseâ to get his attention, but he closed and locked the door again without acknowledging me.
I would be ok not getting help this late if I had not been told I would be helped if I returned before 7. I returned as soon as the data transfer and update completed. I do not appreciate my phone call being ignored and door shut in my face.
I would have understood if they spoke to my face and told me they were unable to help. I will go to another T-Mobile tomorrow and not return...
