Where do I begin? Customer service was horrible!!! Or should I say always horrible! Not one not two but three sisters are the managers and failing this place far more worse than it ever has before. I got the name of the gm and her name was Rhonda who is one of the sisters. I spoke to a employee there I won't say her name but I called about my order and the disgusting customer service there and she told me she was sorry and that they been getting bad complaints now that all three family members work there and are all managers at this store. My burger was SOGGY AND FULL OF MAYO. DISGUSTING! THE BREAD! FELT LIKE IT WAS JUST SO WET. MY FRIES WERE COLD AND HARD. MY SPRITE TASTED LIKE WATER WITH FIZZ! the customer service by all the managers is horrible because I come here a lot and you know I get it everybody has bad days but the family from what I can tell feel superior because they're all in control they slam the window, doesn't know how to talk to customers in a way to make a customer want to come back, and if there's a problem with orders they want other employees to handle the situation. They all need to go! the store owner or whoever need to get rid of them all if they want this business to flourish the store always smells even when the old gm was working. To the gm you need to start caring about your customers who spend their hard earn money so you and your family can have a paycheck. Read moream a 70 yr old senior citizen that went into Burger King on Leopard St, Corpus Christi, Texas , today 6-13-22 approximately 1:30 pm. I walked into the Burger King establishment to file a complaint with the manager or team leader about inedible food I had received . I waited for approximately 4 maybe 5 minutes before employee Martha acknowledged that I was at the counter. I preceded to tell her that the burger I had previously bought the night before 6-12-22 @ 6:04 pm was not edible and I would like a refund or a freshly made burgers for the amount of money I paid for the burgers .Employee Martha went into the managers office and shortly afterwards ,they both approached me at the counter. The manager started acting horrible to me and became very belligerent. I went to our truck ( parked in front of main door )and explained to my husband that I had a problem inside with the employee and manager. He went inside to ask their names, at this point they followed him out the door and the manager with the bouncer- like employee started yelling at him and me while sitting in our vehicle and I am on the phone with corporate office of Burger King . The manager said she had already called corporate and she and the bouncer person started yelling that they were going to kick my A-- ( me a 70 female) . We were trying to back out and drive away when the manager screamed I have your license plate number and I calling the cops on you, you get off the property !!! I definitely don't recommend this...
Read moreI recently visited this Burger King location, which was supposed to close at 10 PM. However, when we arrived around 8:30 PM, the front door was already locked. A staff member inside (a woman cleaning) clearly saw us knocking, but chose to ignore us completely and continued cleaning.
We called the restaurant to ask about the situation, and were told to go through the drive-thru instead. Once we got there, the same woman who had ignored us ended up taking our order. We ordered the "How to Train Your Dragon" combo and asked to double the order, along with the promotional crown that comes with it.
From the moment she opened the window, she looked upset and acted like she didn't want to serve us. When we asked to double the order, her attitude got noticeably worse. She handed us our food in a very rude way, did not give us the crown that was supposed to be included, and slammed the drive-thru window shut.
This kind of customer service is extremely disappointing. I understand that end-of-day shifts can be tiring, but treating customers this way is unacceptable. Hopefully, management will address this issue and provide proper training to ensure better service in the future.
There was no ice cream because the machine was broken (as always).
I definitely won't be back.
I don't recomen this place.
