Previous to going here, I have had the same haircut for literally two decades. To me, getting a haircut was akin to filling up a gas tank; any place will do, so long as nothing catches fire.

A few years ago, I was working at a bar near this place and one of their stylists was regular. Totally cool dude named Jason John. He didn't push me to come in, but said that he was available, that he was doing the hair for half the people I worked with. I decided to give him a shot.

I remember as a kid one of my haircutters rolled her eyes at my head and told my sister that I have cow-licks literally everywhere on my head, and that it was impossible to cut. I actually felt bad about going in for haircuts. Till Jason.

Jeff is AMAZING, not much more to say. He’s been cutting my hair for over 3yrs now and I am always extremely pleased with my cut (my hair has always been a bit tricky, leaning into the Vidal Sassoon precision cut vibe). He’ll always be honest with you about what will/will not look good based on your hair type, lifestyle, etc. without being the least bit pushy. He’s also great at kids cuts, most recently giving my 6yr old daughter the best back to school bob possible—she gets so many compliments! Highly recommend...
