Every occasion I've visited, I have been treated with respect and attention. Ming has spent countless hours explaining the product line, the intricacies of the brand, and how to get started. Not once did I feel pressure to buy a something I did not want.

My son, a watch aficionado, and I stopped into the Bucherer store in South Coast Plaza a few days ago. While in the Patek Philippe area, we started a conversation with the Patek Philippe ambassador, MingYi Xu. Even though we were just browsing, MingYi spent a half hour speaking with us about the Patek Philippe brand, its history, its current models and the purchasing/relationship process. My son and I had visited the Patek Philippe museum while on a trip to Geneva, so it was interesting to hear about the current retail strategy for the brand and about the Patek Philippe Register.
