I can't thank George from G&A Hair Salon enough for the incredible job he did on my wedding day this past July in Glendale. He traveled all the way from Costa Mesa to be there for us on my special day, and his professionalism and talent truly made all the difference.

George took the time to do hair trials before the wedding, and from the start, he completely understood the look I was going for. On the big day, he not only styled my hair perfectly but also did the hair for my mom, my mother-in-law, and all three of my bridesmaids — and every single one of us looked and felt beautiful.

He arrived right on time, was extremely punctual, and stayed on schedule the entire morning. That alone made such a big impact on the flow of our day. The best part? My hair stayed perfect for over 20 hours — through all the dancing, hugs, and the summer heat!

George is incredibly skilled, calm under pressure, and an absolute joy to work with. I’m so thankful for his beautiful work and his dedication to making me feel confident and radiant on my big day.

I went in for a trim today and asked for 2 inches off. Everything seemed fine until I got home and looked at my new trim. Although I appreciate service that is considerate of my time, my beautiful hair was hacked off (much more than 2 inches) and completely uneven. I am heartbroken. I spent so long growing out my hair to be healthy and long. I spent $55 on this service and $15 tip. Now I will have to pay that again, if not more, at a completely different salon. Spare your heart. Do not go here.

Update: Got a call in the middle of the day from the salon stating it was not a big deal and I can stop by any time to get it fixed for free. Absolutely absurd to assume I would ever let someone from this salon touch my hair again. Luckily I was able to get it fixed from a lovely hair stylist from a different salon who saw me at her house at 9 at night because she sympathized with what had happened to me.
