We purchased a brand new sofa from Natuzzi that was shipped to us in November. Waited almost three months for its arrival. Cost: around 7000$. We noticed that the alignment was off right when it came. A technician came by to "assess" the sofa (which was a nightmare since they only come to Southern California once a month or so). He took apart to find out that part of the sofa was assembled with damaged parts causing the head of the sofa to sink in and causing one part of the sofa higher on one side than the other.
It's now been three months without any resolution. Now the damaged part is starting to rock and sink more causing extra damages to the other parts of the sofa. What's disappointing is that we paid full price for a supposedly brand new sofa yet it came damaged internally causing structural deficiencies. Should the company not just replace the part that is damaged rather than going in circles calling different technicians and now calling "Italy" to see how to fix it? Unbelievable. It almost sounds like it will take more than 6 months for the fix.
Long story short, I paid full price for a damaged product. They couldn't even get the brand label on straight (it came crooked).

Afterwards, he was extremely unresponsive and also messed up our delivery schedule which my husband confirmed 3 times. They really need to work on their communication skills. In terms of the quality, we are disappointed that this sofa is more than $7k. The alignments are off and it bothers us every time we see it. For the price we were expecting so much better than this.
