9/18 update. First in line for 10am rope drop. Went straight to the back for in-store pick up. Got my gigantic Angel in the Clouds and flew right out of there with no one noticing the HUGE tote bag it comes in. For anyone not getting good cell reception or WiFi, just step out to the bench/planters outside the store. Give it a minute and your unlimited data should kick in. Just breathe you'll get your Labubu's.

8/30 update. Yet again, fortunate enough to hit on "Rock the Universe" store pick up. 10:06am no crowds but a few people checking to see what other people were purchasing. Oh well.

8/28 update. Thursday afternoon 3:15pm. Super efficient online order for in-store pickup process. Definitely not as crowded as Saturday. Plan accordingly.

8/23/2025 update. Saturday 6pm... Yikes. Super crowded. There was so many people in-store my WiFi, nor popmart's free WiFi worked. 🤷
Anyways, I came in for my online order pick up. (Coca-cola Labubu's of course). Crew member at the entrance was helpful and said the online pickup line was on the left side of the register. Thank you!
Unfortunately, at that time they ran out of bags so they said I'd get a bag refund or something. 👌So I had to walk out of the store holding blind boxes... Lol. Jokes on me I guess.

Read moreTerrible experience. I know very little about the collectibles here but i had bought 2 labubu figures from a kiosk yesterday as a gift. Turns out the person already had those. I thought no worries I’ll go to the actual store which is about 20 miles away to exchange them for the thing the person actually wants. The boxes are unopened and the purchase was yesterday. When I came in they told me no returns or exchanges. I told them I’m not looking for my money back just to exchange for the item I actually needed to get. They told me to resell them online but they would not be taking their product back. There’s no way they openly told me to become a reseller….Frustrated enough I dropped the 2 figures back to my car and went back to purchase the items I wanted to exchange for. I had 5 Skull Panda mystery boxes I wanted to buy. The cashier rang me up and it came out to $82 and some change. I went to pay with cash and they told me they don’t accept cash. NOWHERE in the store did it say that. I only had cash on me so I walked away empty handed after driving 20 miles there and now have to drive 20 miles back home. Wasted gas and time. Read moreIf I can give a -5 star, I would to this store. The staff at the store was not helpful, but actually rude and made me feel downright nasty when I shop here today. Today is December 18, 2025 at exactly 1215. I walked into the store and wanted to buy something for my daughter. I saw a purse that does not have a label and I asked the employee how much it was after she told me it was $38. I’m still looking at the purse deciding if I want to get it or not She yanked it out of my hand and put it back on the display without asking me if I wanted it or if I have any questions about the purse. She was rude and did not communicate to me as a customer like she is supposed to when she works in retail and she just walks away treating her customer like nothing. I am the manager at target and I absolutely understand how retail employee should treat customers or just how people should treat other people and this person should not work in retail or work with people. I hope the managers are aware of this matter and prevent this from happening to your store, cause it will affect customer retention and if customers are treated this way, I’m very sure I will never come back.
