Update to initial review. Washed my hair 2 days later as instructed. The blow out was gone. Frizzy and wavy. Have had many blow outs and my hair has always been smooth and straight for months. Not this time. Pretty sure it was due to the process only being Done 1 time. It's always 2 times, always. Waste of money. When i called them to get it corrected I was told I'd have to pay again. Nope. I went elsewhere instead.

i went in asking for golden blonde highlights and came out with gray hair. my hair was red so the stylist let me know she would just have to see how my hair lifted. my hair lifted very blonde and she still went through and toned them gray, i don’t understand why she didn’t tone them golden like we had discussed. there were blotches of red that she missed right around my face and she tried to hide it from me by turning my chair away from the mirror so i couldn’t see it as she blow dried. never going back and now i have to go...
