I've been to multiple Panera locations across the United States. This by far has been one of the worst locations yet. The place was not busy at all but yet the tables were dirty and china drop off location was full and dirty. Two employees behind the counter and the one dropping off food got into an argument and were yelling at each other. How unprofessional? Seemed as if there was no management around. Placing my order was both awkward and time consuming at this location. Wasn't even asked if I had a My Panera Card. The underneath of the tables was dirty and filled with trash at some of the tables. Employees are way too loud. You can have fun at work and carry on a conversation without being loud and making the customer feel unwelcome. There are many places to go out and enjoy a nice and healthy meal yet I chose Panera because I've never had a bad experience until now. Hopefully this is an eye opener for this location. Will defiantly not be returning here after my experience...
Read moreForget ordering at this place and expect your order to be correct. At best they are at about a 13% accuracy level right now with my orders. Maybe some re-training for the person taking orders at the drive thru. The manager offered to give me a free coupon on the next visit but this keeps happening. ZERO confidence in their ability to listen to the customer's order and fulfill it on a regular basis. Corp. are you listening??
UPDATE: 5/14 went in again with my free pick 2 coupon- guess what? They got it wrong again only this time the manager threw the girl whom I assume she is supposed to train, under the bus and said we only make the sandwiches how the upfront people punch them into the computer. The cashier helped the person in front of me, then left her position to help the dining room person with her job without so much as a "sorry". She did come back in a couple minutes but considering I was in line when she left I felt it rather rude. The cashier put my to-go sandwich in as a "here" order and it sat on the counter for a few minutes before the cashier came over and said "it was actually a to-go order, can you wrap it?" By then, it was lukewarm, and so I asked for it to be remade. The manager looked at me and said "She just made that." They did remake it in the end but I'm upset that what was supposed to be 5 minutes top turned into a 20...
