I did not understand how the design process worked on the computer so a gentleman helped me steps were skipped and not knowing what Iām doing trusting the associate they sent me out a 24ā x 36ā garage that is completely silver because he did not show me. Thereās a point that you have to pick a color of the garage he was just showing me where to put the garage doors by the time I figured out what was going on I had an assistant manager tell me sorry special order stuff is not returnable at all. They can receive returns on special order projects just for the 25% restocking fee but when I talk to the main manager, he said the only way he agreed to it as if I did a 45% restocking fee as a homeowner. I mentioned it to a female manager she then pointed me out to him I was leaving he yelled out I never did that I turned around and called him a liar and he went to fight me right there in the store. Management did nothing and Tom the head manager said i was being ridiculous when I called him upon the request of corporate..I am so disappointed in there management and now fear for my safety from the crazy employee

I went to the front to see if they really didnāt have any or if they were possibly in the back. The staff were very rude and tried telling me that there should be 12 in stock in the isle but wouldnāt help me find them. She was kind enough to show me something similar that they had in stock on her computer and give me directions to the isle but I found yet again another empty shelf that even had a picture of what I needed, but none there. When I returned to the desk to see if she could help me find this item or someone else that could there were several workers there but she insisted they they were in stock but couldnāt help me find them. I will be going to Home Depot from now on, they were able to help me find what I needed and even showed me where they were in the store.
