Terrible. Just plain terrible. First, my dilly bar was crushed, which is on par with some of the worst human tragedies in recorded history. Second, I was told to order, ignored as the workers argued amongst each other, and then ignored for another 5 minutes as they hurriedly did everything else other than serve me. No big, though. Then, I ordered, and they quickly rushed me through my order so as to not deal with me. I ORDERED TWO DILLY BARS. HOW IS THAT AN INCONVENIENCE? Also, the girls were dirty, and looked like they had been through WW3. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO TRUST WORKERS SUFFERING WITH PTSD? Did I mention how mean they were to each other? It is one thing to ignore me; I am used to that, but while you work, your fellow employees are all you have. The worst service ever ordered 1 large blizzard 2 medium. When the order came it was wrong inform the lady at the window she said I don’t know and walked off. Second lady came tried to fix the order and said they can fix it if we pay the difference, I then said I would like to to talk to a manger. The manager came very rudely said I had to pay the difference for a mistake that her employees had made. Also then continue to be rude to me and saying people make mistakes. Which is very true But people should try and make the mistake right and not at the customers expense. Very poor management skills at this Dairy Queen. What is happened in...

I’ve been going for years to this location because I do not have issues. But all summer this year for some reason they have messed up my order or just don’t give me something right. Today they didn’t even blend my blizzard, and gave me basically just whole bananas in the banana split blizzard! Oh when I got it was water/soup! Then my autistic daughter had to throw away her blizzard due to the fact I there were gnats in her chocolate chip cookies dough blizzard! I’m tired of calling and complaining. Because, it looks like I just want free stuff! Not the case! I want my order I paid for to be correct...
