I am writing a second review I'm not sure if you could do that but I did not want to deflect the five star review that I just gave because I really wanted to focus on that part of my shopping experience but I may have used a different email to write this review. Yes, I gave 5 stars on my last review. Because that part of my experience was so amazing when I went to check out at the pharmacy. My experience was. I will probably say maybe 2 stars. And I hate to do this because this is my favorite Walgreens. I usually do not have any issues. But I am hopeful that this review may encourage this staff member to do better when they're at the end of their day.I did feel very degrated for asking questions about items that I was buying. I felt as if I was bothersome to that person because it was the end of their shift and I was asking questions she did ring up an item twice. That is why I started asking questions. Cause I was like. How is it this much money? She, right away called for somebody to do a pricecheck. I mean, that could be a good thing. Or a bad thing. But I felt like really like you can't just talk it out with me. For a minute there was nobody behind me so I don't know why she was in a rush. I even asked her because I knew I had a lot of items. If she would like me to check out in the front of the store and then I told her, I had questions and she said, well I don't know if I could answer them, but I could try and that was cool, but when I did ask the questions she just seemed like I was one of those ladies who knit pick every single detail in my receipt. And she said that you have to clip the coupons before going to the register. Which, I was unaware of that because, last time I was here. I clipped them at the register. But maybe she just didn't start ringing me up yet, which that's not the problem. The problem. Is where was the customer service. in asking me if I Would like her to take these off? So we could restart and you could use the coupons. Because some of those items I would not have bought if it wasn't for the coupons. The only reason why I did buy them is because they were on sale. I'm not made out of money. So It was very unfortunate, my experience checking out with the pharmacy. I don't think she is always. This way, but then again, I don't know. I just felt Like a burden to her and I felt humiliated. Because I was almost look down upon for the questions I had and me looking into my receipt and asking questions. No, I'm not saying that her perspective would be the same. Because she may have took it differently but I felt this way and it wasn't a good feeling. I Would rate her customer service probably at 2 or 1? But I'm not gonna diss Walgreens like that because my overall experience todaay was more amazing than not. Again? I am only saying this so maybe this person could possibly work on doing better. I get she was about to go home but if I'm your last customer. Shouldn't you make it the best like go out with a Bang? But you never know what people are going through. But I was just disappointed and the care that I got from this...
Read moreThis has always been my favorite Walgreens of all time. Like they are great with their customer service. Even if I was having a bad day, they seem to really even out that frustration that comes with pharmaceutical and shopping experience. *I want to base this review solely. On the wonderful lady in cosmetics, she was amazing!!! She is super friendly. She was kind and loving to not just me by complimenting me and encouraging but also to my daughter, by talking to her and playing with her a little bit while I was standing there. Which was nice? Because when you're talking to somebody and a child feels ignored it makes talk or asking questions that much harder. She seemed very genuine and caring. She was knowledgeable. I asked her questions about moisturizer. And serum and we got on to many conversations in a short amount of time about-face, wash and makeup and fine lines and wrinkles. And she gave me advice based off her knowledge and probably life experience. She was so friendly and pleasant to communicate with . Which is very beneficial for the store because it was very attracting, like I could have probably talked to her for hours. That's how wonderful she was. And then. She did ask me (because I had a baby and was struggling.) She was asking me if I needed help. She brought me a little basket to put my items in because there was no room in the cart due to the car seat. And she was just amazing like I truly think she should get a raise Because she was kind, she knew her stuff. She answered my questions the best she could, she upsold items. She had a smile on her face the whole time. I couldn't be happier with my experience with the lady in cosmetics. I didnt catch her name but she has been there for years. And then I stopped near her register when I was leaving kind of to say bye and I was complaining a little bit about the money that I spent because I spent a lot. She told me that I deserved it and it's OK to spend money. Sometimes she just was encouraging even after me. Feeling bad about spending money on myself. Cause as mom's we do that and she gave me a small Walgreens gift and call. It's medics and explained all the items in this little gift. Bad and honestly it made it all worth it. Because you know when we get something free. It makes us feel like it's OK to spend money and I think that in itself that she went out of her way to help me feel better about how buying. So for myself like what a wonderful woman in general like. I am in awe over her customer service and friendliness. And just her as a person I know.I'm ranting about this but I am really amazed just because customer service isn't The same that it used to be in general in the world. So when I get customer service like this? I really need to elimthat because that's the kind of customer service we need. That's just the kind of person you want in your life period because it just brightens...
Read moreThis is our normal pharmacy and although the wait can be long in the drive through they are great with communication. I have text/calls set up for when we have prescriptions ready. They have always been willing to help me if an issue arises with insurance. If they don’t have the medication in stock they outsource to other local stores or have it delivered shortly after (next day). All of the techs I’ve never had an issue with. They’ve been professional and respectful. I’d give it a 5/5 but sometimes the waits do be a bit too long and they had two operating spots for the drive thru but there’s usually only one person running the window. Id say they might be a little understaffed just from what I’ve noticed but even with those issues the business runs pretty smoothly. Id say at the most we spend 45 mins there but it’s usually always less than that. Just depends on the number of cars and if I’m there before my prescription was ready. They are closed between...
