The first time I went in the Manager did my nails, they were ok. My biggest complaint was it took so long for my appointment because she kept helping other techs with their clients. I called to make an appointment for a fill and asked for her again and when I got there they put me with Tommy. He did a great job but couldn’t put a flower on one nail so the manager did it. He told me he didn’t do nail art but could do a French tip. My third visit I called for Tommy to do my fill and when I got there he was running behind and as I was waiting I was talking with someone waiting to see Tommy also. She informed me that she talked to him personally and I had called the salon and we realized they had double booked him. He took me first because I had spoken to the Salon. When he started to do my nails I showed him how I wanted them polished and he got very rude, abruptly stopped doing my nails and told me he didn’t do nail art. I just wanted a French tip but at an angle. He made me get up and sit on the managers chair and told me I had to wait for her to come back and she would do my nails. The other client waiting for him had left when he took me ahead of her and said she’d be back. He then took a walk in client for a full set even though his other client was on her way back. When the manager came back she told me that she had an appointment already and I needed to come back at another time or day. My nails had only had the polish and layer of acrylic taken off and hadn’t even been filled yet. I left and said I wouldn’t be back. The manager chased me outside and tried to convince me to come back and she would do my nails for free. I told her in wasn’t about the cost and that I would pay for my nails. I wasn’t coming back because of how I was treated and spoken to by Tommy in front of everyone in the tiny salon. Customer service...
Read moreZero 😭😭😭😭😭 extremely upset! Bottom line my nails are still razor blades. Unacceptable! 😡 They don't listen and actually argue about what I want. I've never had a problem getting thick powder dip. Nails.Nightmare repeat 😭😭😭 I went in to fix my razor blade nails because my last nail disaster place did me dirty the day before as I asked for powder dip again and they did acrylic on six (blue) causing razor blade nails. The whites are actually correct and thick as they should be. So I came to USA nails in hopes to fix it. Only to get a repeated nightmare! NOPE they didn't make a thick nail with powder dip at all. When I pointed it out he got rough with me. The nightmare ruined all my happiness 😭 All hope is lost. 😭 I can't afford to fix it a Third time! 😭 I certainly can't use them to put contacts in so I'll just have to butcher them so I can. Oh ya and the top coating came off right away doing basic things. I was extremely adamant with my very first words that it was imperative ‼️‼️‼️ that I get a thick nail with powder dip!!! 😭 I don't have any more money to deal with this. I'm very upset...
Read moreChose a new place because a co-worker recommended them. When I arrived it was slow woth only two other customers. A man had me sit and he started to take off my shellac and it was clear he was not familiar with the process as he could barely get the color off. Kim took over and I felt it would be ok until she stopped to redo another customer's nails who had just walked in. She stated she would be done and just wait a couple minutes. She didn't take longer than 10 or 15 minutes before getting back to my nails. The end result of my nails are horrible. She hurried through them because more customers were coming in and they began to fill up. She kept asking if my nails were OK and I kept showing her the areas that looked awful. She blamed my prior nail salon. She failed to smooth my nails and clean the color off around my cuticles. Would never recommend not only because of the nails but the...
