CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Covington

Bad customer service I will never ever spend not one dime in this store. I’d rather bring my business somewhere else . I went here to get passport photo for my daughter and they way they handle the problem here and use the words is just as bad . No etiquette, no type of manners. I was told by this lady who is in afternoon shift that passport photo doesn’t exist here at this location specially when she’s super busy. And just come whenever it’s not busy. Let me start by saying we used Rite Aid on Honey Creek for 15 + years. We knew all the employees by name and they knew our names. When CVS bought them out they closed that location down. So we decided to go to the CVS on Hwy 278. BIG MISTAKE. Stay away from this pharmacy if you cherish customer service. All the employees are rude and they have my children’s meds so messed up. I would honestly give this place a zero if I could! The pharmacist is rude, lazy, and has notone not of customer service skill! Pharmacist are suppose to reach put to the insuramce to handle problems and he refused expecting me to handle it I am sorry, but I have no idea what you are seeing on the screen or what to say to my insurance when you give me an off the wall excuse! This is the worst CVS and corporate will be heading about this pharmacist for dang sure! I would rather drive over a 100 miles for better service...
