I wouldn't recommend eating at this establishment or ordering delivery from here. I originally ordered my pizza at 5:17pm. As soon as I ordered my food, I received my tracking. The tracking for my order showed that my pizza was out for delivery by 5:30pm. Yes, 13 minutes after the order was placed. The tracking showed that my order would be delivered by 5:57pm, which was very acceptable. I like 12 minutes from this pizza hut. 6 pm came, and I was very accepting of the fact that there could be traffic. 6:10pm came, I called the store and asked where was my order? I was told there was only 1 driver and he was running behind. By 6:30pm, the driver still hadn't made it to my house with my order. Around 6:45pm (48mins), after my order was supposed to be here, a car appeared. The vehicle that pulled up had no pizza parlor sign to show what company he worked for and basically looked like a stranger just pulled into the wrong driveway. As he emerged from the vehicle slowly, I could see a pizza hut carrying bag. He walks up, has me sign the receipt, and walks away. I assumed since there was a little heat to the box that the pizza was still hot. After sitting down and opening the box I realized the pizza was cold, thrown together, and was clearly made by a 3 year old playing in pizza ingredients. There was very little icing and marinara provided for the bread and cinnamon sticks. I called the restaurant to speak with a manager. The manager says that they WERE NOT allowed to issue a full CREDIT for the order but a partial credit. The other manager in the background then said it was because a manager sliced the pizza and there was nothing wrong with it before it left the store. But pause, what did that have to do with the presentation and temperature once it was received by the customer? I then asked if they needed me to send a picture of the pizza to show what a liar they were about the pizza being presentable. They refused and said that is why I was being issued a PARTIAL credit for a FULL PRICED order. After this experience, I WILL NEVER eat pizza again from any pizza hut location and this locations customer service is past poor. As a former pizza parlor employee for 3 different pizza companies, I'm very well aware of how a pizza is to be presented to a customer regardless of any excuse produced by it's employees (MANAGERS INCLUDED). Driving with a pizza will NOT affect the shape that the pizza was baked in before being put into the box and sent out. With this being said, please spend your money at a better pizza hut location or pizza parlor. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COST, YOU'LL DODGE A...
Read moreOrdered online at 5:40. Estimated delivery time was 6:40. At 7:40, I called to find out why my food hadn’t been delivered, since I received no text that my food had been delivered, my order status had disappeared from the app, and the website showed it as still being out for delivery. The order had been delivered to the wrong address, and LEFT ON THEIR PORCH (which I found out much later). My address is on my mailbox, as are the street numbers for every single other house near me. The MOD didn’t really seem to care, and offered to send out a remake, but by this time it was getting late, so I went and picked it up. She offered to credit the delivery charge. Not the $10 tip the driver got for ditching my dinner on someone else’s porch, though. The remade food was hot, good, and the pizza looked better than it usually does (toppings evenly distributed, and in correct amounts) but it was late, but my kids and I were really hungry, so that may have helped. I understand delivery mess ups, as I worked as a manager for PH for a number of years, and have been on the other side. I know what it’s like, so I remained polite, and tried to be understanding, without letting my frustration loose on people just trying to work, but again, there was no concern or remorse. We used to call people if food wasn’t deliverable. I can’t say how many times we got “I was in the shower” or some other excuse for not answering the door. I was sitting on my couch waiting, checking every few minutes to make sure the driveway and front door were lit up. Nobody called, and the app never notified me it had been delivered. Also, why would you leave somebody’s hot food sitting on a porch in cold weather?!? This location could use a management team that cares, and if I ever decide to try them again, I’ll be picking...
Read moreFor the customer service experience alone , this place deserves a zero I don't know if the girl at the window needs more training or maybe she should work in the back but having it her at the window being disrespectful to the customers, you guys are not gonna get any good reviews. The girl at the window of this location on this very day, 2/10 2024, is 1 of the root is most disrespectful. People i've ever had to deal with when it comes to customer service. You start by allowing me to pay for food and then tell me that it was given away. You tell me to pull up and that it will take me fifteen minutes to get my new pizza. then I ask you for a drink while I wait, and your response is "for free." While you're going back-and-forth about whether or not you can give me a drink or not, a man comes behind you and hands you a pizza, and you hand it to me. I asked you if that's my pizzaand you say yeah, I mean, I don't know. I guess and I wanna know if this is my pizza, or is this someone else's pizza that you're giving away like you did the original one. Your response is do you want this pizza or not. You were extremely rude and disrespectful and slammed the window in my face. If you don't know how to communicate or if you don't like your job don't work there. Find somewhere else to work. Don't let your frustrations and your inabilities to have a job that you would prefer to go to add on me when all I...
