Very unprofessional. Doctor told me I should just have to have surgery and no radiation after several doctors told me I would definitely need radiation then a day or so later pretty much said my bad you will need radiation. Somehow got a prescription approval from insurance for pain medication to sleep and they first acknowledged it and said they would talk to the doctor about it when he got back from out of town then turned around next day and acted like I was crazy, saying it wasnāt true when I have a typed letter I received in the mail with my insurance and the doctors name on it. Iām trying to work in the meantime while I have cancer so I can make money for my family while I can so my wife was trying to handle the back and forth and requested more than once to contact her but still called me while I was at work. Idk if this is just a one time thing, I really hope so on behalf of any other patient of theirs, but I will not be going back. Itās hard enough being in pain and having cancer and I understand people make mistakes but I feel like there has to be better people to see. God bless you if you are reading this and have cancer, I pray your battle everyday and love you allā¤ļø Weāre all in...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI would like to express my sincere gratitude for the exceptional care provided to my mother (Mrs. John) during her treatments. Dr. Flynn is an exceptional physician, and Teresa has been equally remarkable in her support. She has ensured that my mother feels comfortable and at ease throughout this challenging journey.
I am deeply appreciative of the entire staffās dedication and compassion. Despite my motherās inability to receive a port, the nurses who administered the intravenous line have been exceptional in their skills, gentleness, and attention to detail.
It is worth noting that we lacked insurance coverage, and the medical facility was the sole provider of financial assistance for my motherās treatment. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to the entire staff for their unwavering support and unwavering commitment to providing the utmost quality care. GOD...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUniversity Cancer and Blood Center in Covington Georgia is amazing! All the people that work there are very kind and professional. They are very efficient at getting you checked in and giving you your assigned appointment times. I have never had to wait very long. The facility is very clean and modern and there is a positive atmosphere there that is much appreciated when you are going through cancer. The people there try to make your visit as easy as possible. Dr. Flynt makes you feel like you are the only person he has to see that day and he spends time giving you options and explaining things. I am very glad that my oncologist sent me to UCBC and that they have such a nice facility...
