I had an issue with one of the employees staring at me, as is if she didn’t work there, while I was at the register to make a return. I was in a bit of a rush, so I became slightly irritated. Once another employee noticed I was there she came to assist. I asked her for the manager’s name without telling her the issue at hand. I woke up this morning to a call from Susan, the current store manager, asking me about my recent experience. She was apologetic, kind, professional and very straight forward. Very nice store, clean and organized well, my daughter found alot she liked and we even left went to citi trends and came back to rainbow for a second time because the citi trends collection didn't have much she liked (she is 14), both times we came to this store we was welcomed and greeted (unlike at citi trends) which we greatly appreciate 😉 we definitely will be coming back as this is our #1 store in covington by far! Great quality clothing with an amazing price! Appreciate yall so much see yall again soon thanks!
