Boost Trampoline Park — Attraction in Covington

I am not happy with Boost at all right now. We always loved boost and even got a membership because we went 2-3 times a week but I will not be going back. The place is ran by young teenagers/adults that don’t have kids so they don’t care as much but we went this past Saturday morning for toddler hour and the place was disgusting, there was a broken Apple Watch face which was glass that my friend picked up. There was trash, chewed up gum, used bandaid on the trampoline slide that the little ones kept trying to pick up and we had to stop it. There was trash everywhere, m&ms on trampolines, it was just bad. You can tell it wasnt cleaned or sanitized especially before babies and toddlers come play. My friend went and told the guy at the front and he just shrugged it off and didn’t do anything about it. There were like 5-10 workers there that day just sitting and talking not caring. After leaving boots and later that day going into Sunday both of our kids started acting sick and they both got strep. 2 and 3 year old….. I truly believe it was from there because they weren’t around anyone sick before or even around eachother until that day. I’m not happy at all right now and Boost needs...

Usually this place is fairly clean. I bring my toddlers for toddler time on Tuesdays. On 7/19/2022 while I was there I had noticed that it was way dirtier than usual and even hesitated on saying something to the staff and decided not to. My other issue is this time is specifically for toddlers. No adults should be jumping. Period. As you can see in the picture there was clearly an adult way too close to my children (multiple times) And once again I should have said something considering the staff even watched said person jumping and acting a fool. The staff here just stands together talking while watching children jump. I believe they should be cleaning/sweeping/wiping things down constantly while working. Not even 3 days later after visiting boost my children got hand foot mouth & impetigo. We did not go anywhere in between those days and I am certain they got it at the trampoline park. I know this can't be 100% prevented but they need to be wiping and cleaning to help the issue. Also because toddler time is in the morning before regular opening time this place should be clean and spotless...

First, I appreciate that the business owners actually consider feedback from looking at other reviews. And I love the idea of this place and my kids had a lot of fun. PROS: friendly and helpful staff, cool attractions like dodgeball area, basketball (my son and his friend loved jumping and dunking), and the foam pits were fun. I love that they offer toddler hours too. CONS: everything was sooo dirty. I don’t understand the reviews saying it was clean. The trampolines were all stained and gross, some even having what looked like stuck on gum or candy (that had been there a while). And the small kids play area was so dirty, you could visibly see and feel the layer of grime and dirt. It looked like the place had never been cleaned. The foam pit blocks also had seen better days, with most of them falling apart or with bits missing. I hope they are able to do a serious deep clean because I would like to bring my kids back, they had so much fun. And again, a lot of pros, but I just felt so dirty after leaving there that I don’t think...
