I DECIDED TO GO TO KFC TONIGHT BECAUSE MY CHILDREN REQUESTED CHICKEN AND I GOT OFF OF WORK TOO LATE TO COOK. I FIRST DROVE DOWN THE STREET TO POPEYES BUT THE LINE WAS EXTREMELY TOO LONG SO I DECIDED TO GIVE KFC A CHANCE. WHAT A MISTAKE!!! I WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THRU AND THE CASHIER ASKED ME FOR MY ORDER. I ORDERED A 3PC WHITE MEAT MEAL, A 2 PC MEAL WITH 2 WINGS AND 4PC CHICKEN TENDER MEAL. MY MEALS WERE GIVEN TO ME PROMPTLY AND I WAS ON MY WAY. ONCE I ARRIVED HOME THE CHILDREN DUG IN QUICKLY. AFTER THEY HAD ALREADY BEGAN EATING I REALIZED THE WHOLE ORDER WAS WRONG EXCEPT FOR THE TRNDERS. I ORDERED WHITE MEAT AND THEY GAVE ME DARK MEAT. I ASKED FOR CRISPY ON THE 2 PC AND THEY GAVE ME ORIGINAL. I WAS HIGHLY UPSET BECAUSE IF I WANTED TO SPEND THIS MUCH TIME TRYING TO GET A DECENT MEAL I SHOULD HAVE WAITED IN THE LINE AT POPEYES. I TRIED TO CALL BEFORE COMING AND I DIDN'T GET AN ANSWER SO I LOOKED FOR MY RECEIPT BECAUSE I AM A STICKLER FOR DOING SURVEYS RATHER GOOD OR BAD. I ALWAYS LEAVE CANDID FEEDBACK. AFTER REALIZING SHE DIDN'T GIVE ME A RECEIPT I TOOK WHAT WAS LEFT OF THE FOOD MY KIDS HAD BEGAN TO EAT AND TOOK IT BACK. THIS IS NOT ABOUT THE $24 THAT I SPENT THIS IS ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE AND HONESTY I'VE WASTED WAY MORE THAN $24 AT AN ESTABLISHMENT. THE CHERRY ON THE MILKSHAKE WAS THE WAY I WAS TREATED BY THE CO MANAGER AFTER RETURNING THE FOOD. I WAS TOLD THAT HER NAME WAS BRIANIA. BEIANIA'S ATTITUDE WAS UNACCEPTABLE. I AM ACTUALLY BAFFLED THAT SOMEONE WOULD ALLOW HER TO RUN THEIR ESTABLISHMENT. I ASKED FOR MY RECEIPT AND SHE TOLD ME THAT ALL OF THE MACHINES WERE OUT OF SERVICE. I WAITED FOR WHAT FELT LIKE 30 MINUTES FOR HER TO COME TO THE FRONT TO TALK. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN. JV TRIED TO BE AS HELPFUL AS HE COULD AT LEAST HE WAS COURTEOUS. I CAN GO ON AND ON ABOUT HOW I WAS TREATED BUT I WON'T. THE FACT OF THE MATTER IS THAT THE FOOD QUALITY WAS POOR AND BRIANIANALLOWED IT TO BE SERVED DURING HER SHIFT. I WISH I HAD READ THE GOOGLE COMMENTS ABOUT THIS LOCATION BEFORE SPENDING MY MONEY. I WOULD HAVE RECEIVED THE HEADS UP. I ALSO ASKED FOR THE CORPORATE NUMBER AND SHE MADE IT HER BUSINESS TO LET ME KNOW THAT THIS WAS A FRANCHISE AND NOT CORPORATE IN A VERY MATTER OF FACT TONE. YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE A REFLECTION OF YOUR COMPANY FRANCHISE OR NOT. I LOOK AT KFC AS A KFC AND THEY DID NOT REPRESENT YOUR BRAND WELL THIS EVENING. I HOPE THAT THE CO MANAGER AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT DON'T TURN ONE UNHAPPY CUSTOMER INTO MANY BECAUSE KFC HAS ALREADY LOST ME BUT PERHAPS YOU CAN SAVE THE OTHERS. IT DID GET BUSY AS HELL WHEN ALL THE CHURCH LADIES AND THEIR FAMILIES STARTED TO ARRIVE, A PURPLE PASTOR EVEN SHOWED UP DRESSED IN FOOLISH PURPLE SILK COLLAR -- HOPE HE BROUGHT A CLOTH NAPKIN TO KEEP IT CLEAN.
BUT I CLEVERLY HAD ARRIVED BEFORE THE CRUSHING CROWD APPEARED SO I WAS HAPPY AND FULL AND DIDN'T CARE ABOUT THE ARRIVING HOARD...I SMILED AS I LEFT SATISFIED AND GRINNING.
P.S. I DID FEEL BAD FOR THE STAFF BECAUSE THEY WERE UNDERSTAFFED... ONLY ABOUT 4 OR 5 WORKERS THAT I COULD COUNT.
AN THOSE ARRIVING CUSTOMERS LOOKED WILD AND CRAZY FOR CHICKEN... I BET THERE WERE SOME MAD MOTHER HENS IN THAT CROWD....LOL.... MY CHICKEN WAS VERY GOOD...

Read moreThe restaurant was slow. Two people in drive thru. The lady in front of me was handed the wrong order. It took several minutes to remake her food. I hope they discarded it and did not give my mother that food. I watched the lady check the food and hand it back to them. I ordered tender meal that was misprinted on drive thru menu. Assistant manager Alexis said she would not honor that price. Very rude. She got an attitude when I asked for general manager information. Gave me a number no name or anything for corporate. Told me she was not allowed to give out general manager information. The cashier with nose ring repeatedly smirked at me. I told them they have to have better customer service. Nose ring cashier stated oh I have good customer service. No the whole store on duty that day needs retraining! To give one of two customers in drive thru the wrong food is not good customer service. Fast food places have really declined with service since Covid. They just don’t care how they treat people. To have the assistant manager act nasty was a no for me.
