Scheduled my appointment by phone with victoria, and also answered some questions i had about installing a remote start on my f150, she was very courtesy. Arrived on time and skip pulled my truck into the bay shortly after i had arrived. Reggie my installer got to work right away. It took reggie a little while longer than expected due to the remote start system was not one that i had purchased from them and it was a little complex ( lesson learned, for my wifes car i will definitely purchase one that they carry) skip kept me informed through out the process. Needed a second transponder key for my truck, skip had my back and gave me halls lock & key # , they came out in 20 mns and made a key on the spot !!! Reggie got it programmed shortly after that. Extremely neat and clean installation, very impressed. Even though it took longer, and they stayed after closing time ( on a saturday )to get it finished for me, they did not charge any extra !!! My husband paid $354 to have my car new 2018 BMW windows tinted at Custom Sounds and Tint. To make a long story short. I am unsatisfied with my driver’s window and my front window partial tint. Friday August 18, 2017 I had John (the owner) remove the front window partial tint because it was not fully flush from one end to the middle on either side (it looked unprofessional) not to mention he placed black tape on the ends to make it appear to look flush and the tape did not hold. Also, he was supposed to redo my driver window, which I do not believe happened because the place that had the imperfection was still present in the same location. His reason for that is because of dust particles. My husband and I paid too much money for my car and the tint for it not to be prefect! Period!...

I have used Custom Tint and Sound for two of my vehicles over the years. I have had sound systems and window tint completed. They have been the only spot I use and my most recent visit just confirmed why I go there. They have an associate named Skip Knox, he has been my guy for over 6 years. He recently replaced a radio where the USB port no longer worked. I don't know about anyone else, but after replacing a radio, the biggest pain is resetting the preset stations. It was an AWESOME surprise that Skip documented my settings prior to the install so that when I got my vehicle back, there was nothing for me to do! The radio was ready to go and it is this extra care that has made me a loyal repeat customer! ...
