Living out of state, I had no idea which florist to contact for a family member’s funeral. The funeral home recommended Country Hearts and Flowers in Crawfordville, IN. Susie was so kind, reassuring and accommodating. She even made a special effort after work find a musical note I’d requested to make the planter more personal and meaningful. Susie also took the time to send a text to let me know she was on her way to make the delivery, and attached a picture of the arrangement, which was exactly what I wanted. They say one person can truly make a difference. With her floral skills, exemplary customer service and kindness, Susie was my one person! I ordered a funeral heart shaped spray from Country Hearts for a funeral in Crawfordville....Crawfordville FLORIDA, not Indiana! My bad completely. Country Hearts called and explained the error (guess what the delivery charge would have been!). I was already traveling to Crawfordville Florida.
