Sac's has a collection of quality top of the line choice fashion from all over the state which by far beats the local selection in other thrift stores and sometimes even the local outlets. The Owner, James, is a great person who reflects the kindness and knowledge of fashion that goes with clothing, shoes, and accessories which actually surprised me!! Good selection, low prices, and the woman at the register was friendly. 4 stars instead of 5 because she wasn't super professional (didn't say hi when we came in, and spent most of the time we were there on the phone or watching the little television by her desk with her son) and because the changing room is just a curtain across a little closet space in the corner.
