I have to sing the praises of Bryon Leger with The Crescent Springs AutoZone. A tow truck had come to tow my car, but when he realised it was probably the battery, he told me not to turn the car off and to go immediately to a place like AutoZone. I did, and explain the situation to Bryon. He went out and tested my car and immediately found the battery I needed. He suggested getting the three year warranty battery because I am keeping my car. He was so helpful and so professional! He explained everything to me as he was doing it. He also noticed that the flap behind my passenger side front tire was missing. He said that they don’t sell them there, but googled the part on Amazon and had me take a picture of his phone with the information. He also showed me how the splashing from rain was causing damage to my alternator. before I left, he explained the points program to me and told me to be sure and use it every time I come in. He then got another tool to check my alternator and show that it was low! He then looked up the part and put it on hold for me until someone was able to put it on my car!! He explained that doing that would be a lot cheaper than just going to an auto shop to have the work done. I actually googled how much the part and labour would cost me, and was amazed at the difference in price. I set up an appointment to purchase the piece and have it put on! He didn’t have to do any of this, but with his extensive knowledge of cars and parts, he very kindly gave me this information. With CUSTOMER SERVICE being the way it is in today’s world - and lately I’ve had a lot of disappointment in that department - this experience was very refreshing!! I highly recommend this AutoZone, and if you’re lucky enough to have Bryon working, even better!!! I give him 10 out...
Read moreI walked into the store a frustrated, desperate, freaking out . This is the only car me and my kids have and I can not miss another day of work and they have to be at school tomorrow. I literally broke down across the street from AutoZone in Crescent Springs,Ky. I did not know at the time, but it was the best AutoZone I’ve ever been in. Not because they carry the same thing as all the other AutoZone stores, but bc of the customer service I received from the three men working that night. As soon as I walked in I showed him the piece that broke off of my battery and they knew exactly what it was. We conversed for a few minutes about the situation. Then I asked for one of the men to go with me and help me to put the part on before it got dark. I knew I could not leave my car stranded all night and have no way to work and school in the morning. One of them in his name was Junior looked at his bosses and asked if it was OK if he went with me. His bosses both said absolutely, as long as you know what you’re doing, you can help her. We were out the door in a flash. Junior had my car up and running 20 minutes later. I was so thankful that those three men were so kind to help me that night. The next morning my kids were on time I went to work. I just wanna say to the three men that helped me out God bless you and thank you so much! You didn’t have to help me get my car going in for the two managers you didn’t have to let him go. But you did and it’s save me hundreds of dollars and days without a car. You three just saying yes instead of no changed my Entire day around. Thank you so much I told you that’s customer...
Read moreI would give my past 5 experiences zero stars if I could. The employees are rude and unwilling to help. If it's not on the computer then they don't have a clue. I know not to expect to much from a sales associate but they should know the difference between a starter and an alternator by looking at them. I had a battery and alternator tested there and they both tested good. I was trying to ask about a voltage regulator and the associate said idk what to tell you and walked away. On a separate occasion jokingly I asked an associate for 15 feet of umbilical cord after looking for 15 minutes while I shopped he asked another employee to help him. After they both looked for another 10 minutes I had to explain what am umbilical cord was and I was joking. No joke. That's the kind of Ppl they hire. Anyone to fill a spot on the roster I guess. Get with...
