Top Loaded Trading Cards — Local services in Crescent Springs

This place is awesome! I’ve been in a few times now, and I expect I will be many times more. If you’re looking for Pokémon cards (particularly in this current TCG climate where everywhere has bare shelves), absolutely give this place a look. It has something for everyone, from casuals who like cute little creatures on neat cards (like me), to hardcore collectors looking for hard-to-find items.

Some of these items come with a high price tag, but based on how hard it is for anyone, even big companies, to get products, and considering this is a small business, you really can’t blame them. Additionally, some of these items are rare or hard to find and reflect that in their prices. The place has a wide and varied selection and I believe they go off TCGplayer rates, for the most part, though don’t quote me on that.

For me, it’s fun to simply pop in, look at all the colorful cards, snoop through the open bulk boxes (I’m a sucker for the ex cards), and buy a booster pack or two.

Additionally, the owner, Steven (or maybe Stephen?), is super friendly. Every time I stop by, he radiates friendliness and is willing to chat. He’s super knowledgeable about the card market/economy and is very transparent about his prices. Out of pure curiosity, I asked about a few things with high price tags, and he took zero offense, and instead took the items out and chatted with me about them. He’s also just fun to chat with about the cards in general.

Though i’ve only been to this store a handful of times, every time i have visited it’s been awesome! The staff is very knowledgeable and fair about their cards and sealed products, as well as the pricing for both. Whether it’s vintage or more present day sets, you will find quite the variety of items!

As a college student that likes to collect SIRs and other illustrated cards, I can’t afford some of the more expensive one. Nonetheless, every time I have gone, there has always been a card for me! On top of that, the staff will work around my budget and help me find cards within my price range that I might like!

Also, I really enjoy the idea of the rewards program, where for every $5 you spend you get a stamp on a rewards card, and if you get a certain number of stamps, you get a $25 credit!

Overall, this shop has been my all time favorite card shop, and will be coming many times again in the future! I have recommended this shop to many of my friends and family who are collectors, and they have all had good experiences here too! Can’t wait to...

I get this is a business but you dont screw people over and lie when we can look these cards up , store wants your stuff well below bare minimum and doesn’t give in store credit worth anything and cannot stop trying to confuse you just to upsell you on something that you can show to his face of tgc never sold for 1300$ max ever was 1100 and when you look at last sold it for 700 750 . With a tanking market on the card but wouldn’t budge with tgc showing him he's wrong.
