I received an increased in my bill after only being in the unit for 4 months and since I wasn't able to log into my account to see the charge, I called the location. Apparently, a rate increase letter was sent to my old address on file, but not as an email. The lady working in the office wasn't very polite, never said sorry for the rate increase or had the answered to my questions which I find unacceptable. I had to demo on the phone with her how to answer the phone and what to say when someone calls in again with the same type of call I did. She said she'd been in customer service since 1986 and I said you need to be retrained again. She offered an apology that I didn't accept because she was patronizing me instead of being sincere.

Remember, a simple, sincere "I'm sorry" can go a long way in a phone call and change everyone's mood. Also, if you don't know the answer, don't try to make one up. Great experience. We have had friends rent here before so we knew that us was a good place. Website was great and helped secure the size we needed. I booked on the weekend and they called promptly Monday morning. The office was very clean upon entering, as well as the facilities.
