Huge shout out and thanks to Rob and Wilma with K&R Photographics... The level of experience and help never ceases to amaze me. I recently purchased a Pro Sigma Art lens from them to add to my vast collection of Canon, Sigma, Hasselblad and Pro Foto equipment. "Thanks Wilma" Rob also spent 30 + minutes on the phone today helping me on a color profile issue. "He truly might be a savant with his knowledge of the industry!" LoL , YES, I am a bit partial as I have worked professionally with them for over 20 years. I have sent numerous newbies, amateur's and professionals to them for just about anything you can imagine ... they always shine at helpful knowledge, extremely fair pricing and a vast selection of equipment.

Can't say enough about the folks at this camera shop. There aren't enough superlatives. Knowledgeable is an understatement. They are professional, never pushy; generous with camera and computer know-how; honest and thoughtful with advice; hands-on problem-solving, not to mention full line of equipment for sale or rent. More than once I have had camera or editing issues just before or after a shoot, phoned K&R in a panic, was encouraged to bring equipment in on the spot. Troubleshooting done quickly but thoroughly as I stood there watching and learning, then sent on my way with problem solved at a reasonable cost, if charged at all. I won't buy anything from anywhere else. You may save a few bucks through online purchases, but money can't buy the face-to-face service and years of experience and wealth of information these folks have and freely give. I trust...

Fine for shopping but had a difficult experience with paid lessons in my case. The owner agreed to give me a ( paid) lesson on using Lightroom, specifically organizing photos. He could not answer any of my questions. He only knew the basics necessary for his own sports photography work. This could not translate to other organizing needs so I left with nothing. He promised, since I had paid, that he’d follow up with the information I had come to learn, but he never called back. I eventually went to Dodd’s and got the help I needed. Nice guy and has helped me well woth purchases but didn’t follow through this time, or know his own limitations when agreeing to...
