Myself, my family and friends will never shop here again! I've heard many bad experiences from the Crestview Hills Dillard's, but I hardly shop here so I never knew how bad it really is. First things first, if you're not wearing $2000 earrings, $400 shoes, with a $600 purse, you're treated as if you've stolen something. I've spoke with other people about this, and I'm not the only customer that they have followed around, watched, and asked to check their bags over and over upon leaving the store. I purchased UGG boots here at Christmas time. I paid cash. It was a Christmas gift, but my mother received the exact same pair of UGG's on Christmas, so I decided to take these back. They were the triple bailey button which are $220, but after tax it's around $233.00. Being a single mom of 3 I work 2 jobs and never have any free time to make it here to return the boots. I had my receipt, and the boots hadn't been taken out of the box. I called the store before making a trip (I live over 40 minutes away) to be sure I would be able to return them and get my cash back, and 2 different lady's assured me I would. I was never informed upon purchasing these boots or calling that there was any "30 day policy". In the scarce free time I have, I made it to Dillard's to return these boots. The woman was extremely rude, took one look at my receipt and rudely said "can't return these" and walked away. I said excuse me?, I purchased these with cash, and have the receipt and the box isn't opened, what do you mean? She said it's been over 30 days, can't return these. I got a manager involved, which rudely stomped over to the counter and said the same thing. I informed them of the phone call I had earlier, and when I purchased them I was NEVER informed that I had any time limit on returning them. The manager had the nerve to look at me and tell me it wasn't her problem. A side note, I was returning these to get money to pay my electric bill before it got shut off, so my kids and I had electric. I left the store in tears. Now, I'm stuck with $220 boots that will never be worn. Complete waste of money. I'll never return here and I advise no one else...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreUsually donāt leave reviews unless Iāve had a very good or bad experience, but omg the experience I had at this Dillards location on Sunday 12/11 was horrible! Iām out of town from Nashville while my sons at Childrenās and lost my boots on the way up here. I desperately needed a pair because itās so cold. The experience I had in the shoe department was awful especially during the holiday season. The man was acting so annoyed I wanted to try on several pairs but just didnāt see much that I liked, at one point I heard him mumble to himself about me trying on too many pairs (it was only two pairs at this point), I found another pair I liked and the other two ladies working in this department just stood around and werenāt any help. I almost decided to just go to Target because I did not want to give them any commission. I finally found a pair that was decent and paid and left. But this has left a sour taste in my mouth and will definitely not be visiting this location for the rest of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHonestly, I was a bit disappointed. I've always enjoyed shopping at this Dillard's, and today would have been no different if not for just a couple of concerns. First, I'll say the store is beautiful, the clothing is higher end, and the staff is very friendly, in every department, as you walk through the store. The men's section did not seem to be staffed as well, however. No one ever approached us to say even as much as, ("hi"). Worst was the dressing rooms. The carpet was full of pins. I, trying on pants, was in socks before I saw it. My friend had a vision problem, therefore he could not see it. Fortunately neither of us experienced jamming pins into our feet. š We selected our clothes and had to walk through much of the lower level to find someone at a checkout. Perhaps we were there during lunch time, no worries about the staffing. But, please have someone correct the issue with the pins. That left a very bad impression, (my first ever, for this awesome...
