Kirkland's Home — Local services in Crestview Hills

I wanted to let you know about an experience that I has at your Crestview Hills location in Northern Kentucky. My wife and I stopped into this store over the weekend and found a mirror that we liked. We needed two of them, but the one at this location was slightly damaged. Jen, the store employee ran a search and found 2 at another location. It turns out that she was working at that location and said she would bring them to this store for us. I gave her my number and that was it. Well today I recieved a call that my mirrors were in, and I could come and pick them up. They were in great shape, and these mirrors found a new home. Thanks to Jen our painful search for the perfect mirrors is over. I wish Jen nothing but the best, and she is the reason we will always be customers of Kirkland's. I love this store. This every time you go in is a new experience because there are new iteis there a new items to look at and to enjoy. It's hard for me to go in there and not come out with some purchase. I love also that the things that I get from Kirkland's are a little more unique and not something that you're going to see in everybody else's home. I've used the store for purchases there and I've purchased things online as well as purchasing online with shipping to to the store and everything has worked out...

I have only been to this Kirklands once. The staff was so kind and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. There were all kinds of discounts even on my items. The store was incredibly decorated with everything I want in my house lol. Oh my and all the smells of the potpourri were amazing. I will defiantly be going back for a shopping spree...
