I came to this place 3 times in a month in 2020. First time , went to have my hair lightened .. (it was blonde) left with it darker. Went back to go ombré since my blonde was ruined . The ombré lasted 2 weeks . Went back again to go black , the black washed out in days . Called the salon and spoke with owner. She advised the stylist used a temp color and not permanent , not doing what I asked.

She then told me I waited to long to call but I advised I emailed and then showed her. Owner was rude , never called back and gave no refunds or in any way tried to settle the mishaps.

Fast forward to a little over a year later. I book a massage as they have a gentleman that does them. Im trying to give the salon another chance. I work out a lot and need the pressure from his hands. I’m going to bed and at 10 o’clock at night lastnight and I get a message saying my apt was canceled . Called this morning and it’s due to “she’s hard to please and left a bad review”

Babe , half the town left a bad review on that thread on fb . I was simply trying to give your salon another chance . I can see , the owner is still very unprofessional...

This salon has a great appearance and reminded me of my salon back at my home town so I was drawn to it. It’s a very religious setting, which doesn’t bother me but it’s a little in your face. I’ve been in for a facial before and had a great experience. I recently went in for a soft look balayage with my natural root medium brown.

I went in for a balayage. I’m a medium brown naturally. She died my hair and it pulled a lot of red, which I warned her I have red undertones, so it was orange instead of Carmel. I gave her the chance of fixing it which was a mistake!!! She died my hair black the second time .I gave her the benefit of the doubt which was a mistake. I was there for almost 6.5 hours! Instead of apologizing or compensating me in anyway she continued tried to upset me with other services!

I had to go get my hair fixed somewhere else the following weekend. It’ll take a few more appointments to get all the black out without damaging it. I only have balayage 2-3 times a year to keep it healthy....

Hey everyone! Just wanting to warn everyone! If you go to beyond wax studios their stylists will let you leave the salon looking like a tiger, try to blame you for not booking the correct appointment even when you know you did and even if I didn’t I told her I wanted full highlights like I have been getting for the last 3 years. Apparently my hair is too heavy and thick to hold the foils. My last stylist never had a problem with this. I left with brass patchy hair. I can’t even wear my hair down without seeing jagged lines in my hair. They offered to have me come in and fix it but I did not feel comfortable having them work on my hair again. I’m already going to be paying a bunch to have someone fix this mess. They gave me less than half of my money back and would not return mine or my husbands phone calls today about getting the other half back. So don’t be like me unless you love chunky highlights, not toned correctly, and jagged lines in your hair!!! I would leave zero...
