I took a man's tan suit in for dry cleaning and asked that particular attention be paid to stains on the pants legs. Since I live in Defuniak Springs, I asked my step daughter to pick the suit up. She picked it up on 7.6.25 and brought it to my house in Defuniak Springs on 7.10.25. There is still an obvious stain on the pants leg, see the picture. Total Laundry said they would not fix the problem because they have a 48 hour return policy. So, I am out $14.95 and still have a stain on my suit pants. I recommend that you find another cleaning service. They didn't get the stain out and they wouldn't correct the problem. The owner saw my above post and responded that a new employee had misinterpreted their policy and asked me to return the suit so they could try to get the stains out. I returned it and they got almost all the stains out. I can't rate them a 5 because I had to make 3 60 mile round-trips to return and pick...

If I could give a zero i would. I dropped off on Saturday and was told Tuesday for pick up. My ticket said after 4pm. I arrived at 430 , clothes not here. I was told would be arriving at 5pm. I came back at 530pm and still not here. First and last time using this place.

Lacks customer service, instead of receiving genuine feedback to improve service. For example, common items should be paired, i.e., Suit pants and jackets valued at $1k as opposed to being clustered and unorganized to save on plastics. Made it really difficult to confirm all items at pickup.

The male employee there was very confrontational over a comment stating the issue. Decided to argue a point and call the customer nik-picky and when emphasizing that it's competition/common practice for a dry-cleaning service to pair the items to alleviate confusion.
