A complete waste of time, gas, and money! I brought my iPad in 3 times for a single screen replacement and this is the final result. The first time they installed it incorrectly, the screen wouldn't detect touch. I brought it back in and after a few days after they replaced it, this bubble started forming. I brought it in for a 3rd time and now they're saying it can't be fixed, due to the battery swelling?! It's funny how it just started swelling right after they botched the fix for the second time. Also, if you Google "iPad battery swell" not one image shows what you see here. Please don't waste your time here like I did.

4th time I had to come to this place to get my iPhone X repaired, is worth mentioning that I bought this phone from them. The first issue was the screen going black and not being able to turn on. They said it was the battery, so I had to wait until they got the battery for them to replace it. They did and the phone seemed to work, but a few days later, I ran out of battery and I couldn’t turn it back on again (same issue). Brought it back, they said I had to leave it and soon after they told me it was the battery again, so I had to wait for a new battery. Went the 3rd time to pick it up and the phone was off. They turned it on and the screen was unresponsive, I wasn’t able to put my password or unlock my phone or anything, the touch screen wasn’t working. The guy told me to go home and charge it all the way. I left skeptical, and when I got home I charged it all the way and the phone was still unresponsive. I called them and whoever I spoke to told me that they would replace my phone after all the issues I was having. Brought it back, expecting for my phone to be replace, instead, one of the guys there, Will, told me that I would have to leave it so they could try to repair it again. The customer service was awful! This guy was talking down to me and implying that I was lying, because “they would have never let me go with the phone having an unresponsive screen”, well I assure him that is what happened and he looked at me like I was out of my mind. I was obviously upset, because why would they tell me they would replace it and then I bring it and I have to leave it again so they can check it.. I am so tired of it. Leaving, I told him I was dissatisfied with their customer service and organization, and this guy, Will, started running his mouth towards me and the person I was with. Extremely disappointed and...

I had a major problem with my iPhone. People could hardly hear what I was saying when I would talk. Everyone said that I sounded really muffled.

I thought it was my AT&T service, but AT&T couldn't resolve it. Then my son thought it was probably my microphone and that it got wet or damaged or something. My son called up CPR in Crestwood and they told us how to clean the microphone and that if it did need to be replaced that a new microphone would cost $79.99.

Cleaning it didn't work, so I had my son drop off my iPhone to their Crestwood location and they took a look at it and in about 5 minutes brought it back out and said they fixed it and no charge! I really needed my phone and couldn't believe how quick they took care of me. They had to remove something blocking the microphone. They fixed a really annoying problem I was having AND they didn't even charge us.

I really appreciate the guys running this shop that took care of my phone so quickly and their generosity to not even charge us. I'm glad that I didn't need a new microphone, but I still expected to be charged! The least I could do is write this review for them.

I will definitely go back anytime I have a phone problem and recommend that you choose this location too if you ever had a phone...

I have a 4 year old HTC 10 in great shape, but the battery life has gradually decreased to the point that it needs replacement.

A quick check of Youtube How-to videos shows that the replacement is more involved than I would want to tackle myself - no soldering, but you have to use a spludge tool to go in through the front of the phone and you need to use heat to loosen some adhesive.

Contacted the store and they said they did not have the battery for this model of phone in stock, but if I could obtain one, they would perform the installation for $70 labor. Also I would have to understand that they could not guarantee the new battery. Fine. Ordered the battery. Went to the store and they said it's too risky a repair to do it. When I mentioned the earlier conversation, they told me it was "probably a new guy who told you that".

I'm giving them two stars instead of one star because they didn't ruin my phone before walking away from the repair - but I'm still sitting here with a phone with battery life issues after wasting my time and money ordering and waiting for a replacement...
