This store is the best! My son decided to start taking guitar lessons a couple years ago (He was 10). We went in there and met with one of the guys who spent a lot of time showing him all of his options. He used his own money and ended up buying a electric guitar and amp, which he loves. Fast forward to yesterday, my son was devastated that his plug on his guitar came undone and he thought he was going to have to buy a new guitar, the 2 guys said it wasn't any big deal and fixed his guitar and showed him for the future how he could fix it himself or they stressed to him that he could just bring back and they would fix it. After that he found an acoustic guitar he wants to get with his money. He ended up spending around $40.00 of his own money on some guitar accessories he wanted. The 2 guys in there were so great and helpful and spent the time with my son and didn't just blow him off. They did ask him some questions that he couldn't answer but gave him the answers and explained how to properly tune his guitar. On the way home he said that those guys probably thought he was an idiot because he didn't know the answers to their questions, I said no way would they ever think that, they actually thought you were great for taking an interest. As a 17 year old girl just starting electric guitar I was a bit nervous to go out and attempt to find an amp. I first started at guitar center which was a little (a lot) out of my price range. Thankfully a very nice worker at guitar center followed me out to my car to recommend music go around. Now I this was a new area for me to visit as I live about a thirty minute drive away but since I was already out there I decided why not give it a try. I was a little nervous overall. Right as I started walking in a very very kind man (who I think was a regular) opened the door for me with a smile on his face. As soon as I walked in the door I was asked what I could be helped with. To which I said a guitar amp on the cheaper side. I was shown a wide array of amps in good condition for good prices! While shopping around I also found a music cable and listened in on many conversations that were being held with the men in the store. Everyone even the costumers were incredibly nice and it seemed as tho they had a little community going on in the store. I had a wonderful time and amazing experience and will be going back for all my music needs. I was super apprehensive and nervous and this was all completely shut down with the super helpful employees and really inviting atmosphere. I bought a pearl set of drums and called to ask specifically what kind of condition the drums were in. I was told that there was no scratches and no bad places or nicks in the shells and they were in very good condition. That was not so! All of the drums had some scratches on them and one of the drums had some major dings all the way into the wood on the shell. I am very picky and have learned to ask questions before I buy, and generally people tell me the truth. Not this time! One of the managers told me when I called about the issues with these drum, He said he would get with the owner And felt like that they would take care of me. I paid $200 for shipping which when I checked the cost of shipping these two boxes it would’ve definitely been less. So I paid more than it cost to ship the two boxes the drums were in and have $600 in Drums that I thought were going to be in really good condition. Very very disappointed. Because all I asked was a refund on the shipping cost to ship something that was not what I was expecting or told it would be. Be ware of buying from this place!
