Fantastic service by the team here, I worked with Clint and Kevin I believe? Apologies if I've mistaken names. I'm from out of town and was having transmission issues with my 2014 Ford Transit Connect Titanium, was recommended this place after getting an oil change at Grease Monkey. They weren't busy at the time and had my van up and transmission topped off within 30 minutes then Kevin did a test drive. I was on my way through to Iola Wisconsin and broke down in Pekin. All other shops in the area were not able to look at the vehicle until the next week. Jim's Transmission not only looked at the car the same day, they had us up and running with a rebuilt transmission the next day. They had us ready to go for the car show that weekend and turned a very bad situation into a fine stay in East Peoria. I would absolutely recommend this shop for anyone, but especially for veterans.
