Kohl's — Local services in Creve Coeur

The store is well kept but associates are not friendly and I'm convinced their racist. I literally just left and made this review. I waited in line for 10 minutes for a sweet cashier who assisted a lady with her credit card who did not have it. Now I'm at the register and a white older lady comes up and waits in line as well and the white customer service worker immediately took her at her customer service station after I just saw her going from register to register and said nothing to me waiting for multiple minutes. Im still at the register and another white lady with her children walk up an immediately gets assistance from another white customer service worker who saw them waiting and opened up another register just to help her. I will not be back because it was obvious that I wasn't an important enough customer to assist due to being black. It was pure rude and...

Went to Kohl’s on olive today 12/26/20. About six other customers were ahead of my son and I and they were just greeted. When the store manager gets to us he says is there anything I can help you with, as if we didn’t belong there. He was the opposite of my race. I tried to ignore my feelings being hurt but to add insult to injury, when my son and I reached the men’s department, we were searching through Levi jeans for about 10 minutes while the worker folded clothes without any assistance, however when a gentleman and his son came he was greeted immediately and offered assistance. I love Kohl’s on St. Charles Rock Rd and have NEVER been treated this horrible. I have a charge card with them and shop there a lot and was only there to use my after Christmas Kohl’s cash. Searching to find a convenient way to cook hard boiled eggs, I found the perfect solution. A device which prepared up to 14 eggs at a time., within 18 minutes by Hamilton Beach. This was quite the win. One I would have missed out on if I had not been approached by a Sales person whom asked can I help you. She walked me over to the section and there it was. On sale! Now, home for the first use, after a quick scan of the instructions. I placed the eggs add water press the button. 18 minutes later I hear a beep. I turn off the cooker, run the seven eggs under cold water in the removable tray. After a easy peel, the first bite.... Perfect, full cook hard boiled eggs safe to eat and delicious. This is victory.
