How can I RATE THEM MORE ? ( look at my reviews, I rarely give anyone 5 star as I like to be more critical than fan but this is different experience ) Little things matter Eating out deserves GOOD FOOD and GREAT EXPERIENCE and it is EXACTLY what we got here We, as family ordered many varieties - drinks ( to start with ) - Lobster - Filet Mignone -Steak - only Noodles - Only Fried rice - pan fried Noodles Each and every item is Awesome Like I said earlier, little things matter. Look at the very first picture, my beer was brought in iced container to make sure it is cold whenever I drink it Of course it depends on waitress. Ours is Mindy, THE BEST and we are also fortunate to have good chef Mr. YONG If you never been here, pls try it and it will worth every penny ( P.S: I have no Idea who the owners are )

We were unable to eat because the hostess decided not to honor a coupon, we came with a large party and instead of honoring the minor discount. The hostess said they couldn’t redeem the coupon because it wasn’t printed. Make sure to bring your mobile printer with you if you have any coupons. Then advised that this is the owners policy which is odd you would rather lose an 8 guest party who was deciding to partake in the hibachi experience due to a discount when the website clearly says it can be redeemed by the cell phone. When asked where this policy was stated she couldn’t show me. If you make it there i hope you can get in the door at least to try the food.

This place was just ok. No one was dining in but us. All the Hibachi tables are shut down but we came for the Sushi. Which was just ok. The waitress had no suggestions and was very short with us. We wanted to try some of the less traditional sushi rolls but there was no description. So, we passed. We ordered chicken fried rice(basic), fried dumplings (great) would come back for just these, Miso soup(good), and some sushi(okay). I don't think we will return unless we are in the area and want dumplings.

Horrible place to order from. Ordered 3 different sushi rolls from them. Took over an hour to get them. When we finally got them once of the orders were wrong. Called them and told them it was wrong and they were going to send out the correct thing. Another hour later the new roll showed up, which once again....was wrong. So after waiting 2 hours we finally just called and asked for a refund for the one roll. The lady who didn't speak good English was screaming and yelling, saying it wasn't there fault. Which hello..yeah it was. They said they couldn't refund it cause we had already received the food. And is not like we were being picky. There were things in the roll that we couldn't eat and that's why we wanted to get the right thing. They actually sent the drive back out to pick up the food before they would refund the $$. It took so long for us to get our food in the first place but when it came to them picking it up they were there in 10 minutes. Horrible customer service, nasty rude people, I recommend not ordering your food from here. There are other places around that actually care about making there customers happy. These...

I would give this place zero stars if possible. This was my second visit and I will not return. The customer service was deplorable. My money will go to restaurants that value customers. I ordered food for take out, I noticed a mistake after pick up so I called and after much back and forth. (too much for a mistake made on the part of the restaurant) I was told I needed to return to the restaurant. Huge inconvenience, I asked if the correct order could be delivered and I was told no . I came back and the woman at the front door immediately had an attitude. I asked for the correct order and it was refused. She gave me a printed receipt showing that she over charged me about $4 but refused to give me the correct order or the money back. Who does that? You bothered to print a receipt with the correct order but you will not correct the mistake. She then wanted to argue with me about the dumplings that she said I ordered. Don't like dumpling, don't eat pork....no way I would order them...she still refused. This place is horrible. Save yourself the time and money and...

Poor Customer service. The door open bell dinging the entire time I'm on hold on the phone and while waiting in the parking lot was extremely obnoxious. I was told the wait for my Sushi Regular and 1 eel roll would be 30 minutes. Already a bit of a wait but they said they were backed up so I said ok. I gave them extra time and showed up 40 minutes later. The food still was not ready and i waited another 35 minutes for my food. After saying something they did give me a $20 gift card back but it did not equal my $25 order and the quality of the sushi was of that you would buy at the mall or cheaper sushi spot. Not worth it.

This was my second time coming here, first time since Covid. The first time I came for Hibachi a few months ago (also to go) and it was good (not great ) but I waited an extra 15 minutes that night also.

If you are going to come here, don't come for the sushi. You are much better off making the drive to Annapolis. If thats not an option Fuji, Otani, or even Wegmans would be much...
