Subway — Restaurant in Crowley

Walked in to 3 associates and a manager all arguing with one another...as I’m sitting there waiting to be helped. In the midst of me waiting while they argue, I hear them arguing about how their process is regarding cross contamination and how the staff is going to continue to do things the way they want to regardless of cross contamination due to their own opinions. Makes me wonder what else is going on as far as how sanitary their location is...let alone shocked at the lack of customer service and professionalism. I couldn’t believe the manager of all people was sitting their in front of customers arguing with his staff...about cross contamination of all things. With all this said...after they all argued for a good 3 mins before realizing I had been standing there listening and watching them...I decided I had lost my appetite for subway and decided to leave. Well, that’s one location I’ll never go to again....

Went in Sunday to get a couple of subs and the guy comes from the back he was pulling a pallet jack , doesn't wash his hands grabs the gloves with his dirty hands to put them on and is coughing, ok people sometimes have a cough ..BUT he continues to cough while making my subs openly not into his shoulder or off to the side just straight forward face down towards my food ,then get this!! He snorts his snot and makes the comment "omg I'm dyin' " at that point I had to cancel my order ... I know that he broke a few HEALTH CODES for sure 🫤 I just want to WARN EVERYONE do not order off the app !!! Like I almost did , I would not have known my subs were full...

Horrible customer service and a lot of cross contamination so be careful and aware!!!!

I had a terrible experience at this Subway. The employee making my sandwich was extremely rude and careless with food handling. I saw him cross-contaminating ingredients, and when I pointed it out, he got upset and made sarcastic comments like, “Make it yourself.” At one point, my banana peppers fell onto the cutting board, and instead of getting fresh ones, he just picked them up and put them on my sandwich.
