It's sad now a days you can't get good customer service or your food fresh like you ask, so I ordered on the app in line got 6 tacos and a large French fries then also placed a order on the speaker. I checked my fries đ and they are cold so I asked for a fresh fries from a lady that was working at the window that look like in her late 20s early 30s Mexican lady she said yeah I can get you fresh fries then comes right back to the window and act like she exchange my fries out then she didn't even put in a bag she just handed it out the window.. I could called and complained but would good would that do.. I also could made her exchange those cold fries again but than she probably would of barely filled my fries up if I sent back in the third time... But then I would have a problem and probably would had to get out of character.. which would of not been the first time at this Jack in the box... But I just went home and let my Boyfriend know he just gone have to put in the air fryer because the lady thought I was dumb or something but he hate his fries cold and I hate hearing his mouthđSome people just really need to learn customer service skills or don't work in fast food at all... I understand it's fast food but that don't mean give people horrible food... Let me start by when I pull into the drive through Iâm greeted by the employee laughing hysterically through the intercom. As Iâm trying to place my order she is having a conversation with one of there coworker asking me time and time again to repeat myself because they canât multitask. Not only that they started to getting a attitude with me because I was Interrupting their conversation. As I proceeded to pull around to the window you would have though as long as it took to get my order that the food would have at least been hot but it wasnât, the fries was cold, the food was cold, and the ice coffee I order didnât even taste good. This is not the first time this has happened to me or to my wife from this location. They really need to pay more attention to the type of employees they employ because this is unacceptable! Ps Jack In The Box do not contact me acting like your so concerned and you want to help by getting more information. Then when I go the extra mile and contact the link that you provide and nothing changes.    Read moreUPDATE: I did call corporate and let them know about my experience here. They will be sending me some type of coupon. Once I recieve it, I'll be using it at this same Jack in the box. Hopefully that experience will be better and I'll be able to give this restaurant a 5 star rating again.
I normally have a positive experience at this jack in the box, but not today. This is the worst experience I've ever had at Jack in the box restaurants. I normally have a 3 strikes policy before calling corporate to complain. Why bother if something is just a minor mishap right? But if you mess up my order 3 or more times, than I deserve to complain. I ordered triple cheese bacon fries and recieved chili cheese fries instead. Strike 1. The box and bag was completely covered in chili and cheese, my hands got so wrecked and dirtied my steering wheel because I grabbed the bag from the drive through window. I would have grabbed napkins to clean my hands but why bother, they were in that same bag underneath the fries. Strike 2. Ordered and paid for an extra fry. Didn't recieve the small fry. Strike 3.
